Rooms can be better managed, like daily refilling consumed soaps, vanity`s, Tata play expiry, electrical tripping issues for geyser, fridge etc. Although solved after feedback.

A good location near Dal gate. Near by market has ATM`s , Restaurants and other consumables easily available. Restaurant at hotel is good.

Excellent property with beautiful views and great location! Needs a little updating. Amenities need to be upgraded. The spa was not the cleanest. Be prepared to wake up very early if in the C wing due to morning Azan, which is beautiful by itself. The buffet for breakfast was quite good.

Having a BAR may be great add on..........however understand that this may be a task in itself considering the social set up of the city.

Location of the Hotel is just perfect. Walking disctance from the Dal Lake, yet secluded to the extent that you are not hearing the noise / hustle of the constant inflow of tourists near the Dal lake. Staff & Hygiene are the other plusses of the hotel.

The bathroom. The bathroom. didn't have hand towels. No foot towel. There was no body wash . Toilet paper roll was almost finished. Had to keep calling housekeeping for each thing

Breakfast was good first day. Looks like there was a group staying in hotel. So they had good spread. Next day, the group had left, then many things from breakfast spread were removed. No yogurt, no fruits, no butter and jam on the table and so on.

It’s secluded and yet right in the city. We got a free upgrade to Suite room. However, I still paid around 20,000 Rs for a night which is damn expensive for the facility provided. Only worth like max half the price

Perfectly located in the centre for sightseeing on either side of the City. If you have to go to any of the tourist spots this property is based right amidst the city dividing each site equally in distance.

The biggest turn off is the long walk uphill to come from the gate to the reception. Rooms are over priced with no breakfast included where my average price for 2 days was above 26K.

1. Poorly maintained facility. Everything looks dated, with scatches, damages etc. This property needs some renovation and better maintenance. 2. Had to change rooms as the AC wasn't working. Even the final room that I ended up in, had a weak AC. 3. I saw three rooms and none of them had a shower door. This caused the entire bathroom floor to be really wet after a shower. 4. Flooring had cracks and chips. Other surfaces were dirty and not well maintained. This is not a 4 star hotel by any means. I would rate it as a 3 star property. Not worth the price I paid for it.

I need to stay in big building which can provide garden to walk at least. And not expecting divided building to move with steps for a senior citizen. So please don’t make uneasy your Coustomer with UN complete information.
