    A good location near Dal gate. Near by market has ATM`s , Restaurants and other consumables easily available. Restaurant at hotel is good.

    Rooms can be better managed, like daily refilling consumed soaps, vanity`s, Tata play expiry, electrical tripping issues for geyser, fridge etc. Although solved after feedback.

    Friendly staff

    The biggest turn off is the long walk uphill to come from the gate to the reception. Rooms are over priced with no breakfast included where my average price for 2 days was above 26K.

    Excellent property with beautiful views and great location! Needs a little updating. Amenities need to be upgraded. The spa was not the cleanest. Be prepared to wake up very early if in the C wing due to morning Azan, which is beautiful by itself. The buffet for breakfast was quite good.

    Location and staff were great. Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. Bed was comfortable.

    1. Poorly maintained facility. Everything looks dated, with scatches, damages etc. This property needs some renovation and better maintenance. 2. Had to change rooms as the AC wasn't working. Even the final room that I ended up in, had a weak AC. 3. I saw three rooms and none of them had a shower door. This caused the entire bathroom floor to be really wet after a shower. 4. Flooring had cracks and chips. Other surfaces were dirty and not well maintained. This is not a 4 star hotel by any means. I would rate it as a 3 star property. Not worth the price I paid for it.

    I need to stay in big building which can provide garden to walk at least. And not expecting divided building to move with steps for a senior citizen. So please don’t make uneasy your Coustomer with UN complete information.

    Must make your own standards before recommending customers. To maintain your image.

    Very poor infrastructure, room size along with bad behaviour
