We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNo windows. Couldn't lock door from outside. Automatic locks didn't work. After the hotel tried to fix the doors wouldn't open once locked. It took a while before they figured it out.
We booked for its relatively cheaper price. Beds were good and it was a newly added part of the building.

IndiaThings that HIGHLY need improvement: 1. The bathroom always smells like cigarettes from the exhaust, it was open from the room above/next door- despite contacting the hotel manager, the staff denied it. They provided a room freshener which did not help because it got worse after spraying it. This made our stay difficult because we had paid for the entire stay in advance. It was unacceptable for us because we are non-smokers and allergic to smoke. 2. The hotel does NOT have essential items like a Relief spray- After asking the hotel staff, they took a very long time to arrange for one. 3. The hotel restaurant does not have half of the items listed on their menu card. The quality of food is 6/10 for it's price. 4. We took the breakfast included option. They said breakfast was a buffet, but they have only 2 breakfast options, and most of the food is cold, NOT cooked. 5. The staff always forgot to bring water bottles when they came to do room service and we had to call for it every time. 6. The hotel does NOT give a discount for longer stays.
The only good thing about the hotel was they had changed the sheets every day, which is good in terms of hygiene. They also changed bins which is good.
