This was our second visit to the property, It is very close to Dabolim airport. A homelike comfort and well equipped kitchen gives you an option to cook as well. Clean and well maintained. Mr. Ravi was very cooperative like last time, very polite and informative as well.

Pool was closed, which was very disappointing, if literally told my family how beautiful the pool was and that’s why we’d booked it. I would have probably stayed at a different complex had I known.

The apartment is great for a weekend outing. Completely gives you the luxurious vibe and great ambiance. Great hospitality and service by the caretaker.

From pool side, somebody stole my Towel given by property. At the end they charged me Rs 400/- for it. Money is not the concern, but it could have been exempted given the concern.

Property is very good with respect to cleanliness, staff behaviour, location, proximity to attractions.

No breakfast. You must have vehicle with you. Alienated place. Far from main road.

Care taker Ravi is very humble & cooperative. Room Cleanliness is very good. Quiet place. Room size is very good. Gas, Microwave, Refrigerator Washing M/c provided. Those who are interested in preparing their own food can opt for it.

Each and everything was up to mark❤️ Loved the way everything was managed. Clean Rooms, well maintained Kitchen, Clean Sofa's / Beds, Towels, Washroom was very clean. Good Wifi speed. One of the best thing from this room is the View. Must recommend this in the monsoon season. Manager Ravi was very humble 👍🏻

Maintenance is below par. The room Air Conditioner did not work, the RO made enormous noises, there was grime on top of the chimney extractor, the gas leaked, so I had the cylinder removed, the bathroom soap dispenser did not have soap. They are not looking at their facility maintenance seriously. There were visible paint cracks on the door frame. And yes, it looked like the utensils had come from someones house, for example, the non stick coating on the pans had frayed, so it was unusable Also I found it insulting that the caretaker asked me to provide proof of payment even when I had shown him the payment receipt from the company. This shows the mercenary attitude of the company

Location was good. Its in a quiet area. You have a grocery store nearby, and Zomato / Swiggy service is good. The caretaker, Ravi, was very helpful and enthusiastic. The place had everything one might need in terms of kitchen and stay facilities.

This 1 BHK is suitable only for a couple though it says for 3 pax. Oversized sofas, TVs, shoerack, etc. and unnecessary furniture is cramped into a small space. Washing machine and clothes hanging stand were provided but no balcony to hang wet clothes. Bedroom door could not be locked since the wood of the door had expanded and the wall over the washing machine was full of cobwebs. Cleaning and vacuuming definitely need to be improvised after every checkout.

Good ground staff, clean bathroom linens and bed spreads.
