Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It need to me maintained, and have a deep cleaning. The breakfast was not good, also the room service. Also I could hear the conversation of a guest next door talking on the phone all day from NewZeland. However the location was great.
The location and the staff were very polite. They helped us changed the room as well.

We had cold water throughout the whole stay, the staff were prepared to help, however the weather was so hot that a cold shower didn’t bother me, The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom could definitely see improvement and some coffee in the room rather than just teasing.

My room, especially bathroom required serious renovation. Hadn't been maintained for too many years. Tile work falling off by the bath. Don't know where the water supply came from? but tap water actually stank like sewage water! Couldn't clean my teeth with it! You get what you pay for, but avoid this one!, sorry!

The suite room was spacious but the bed mattress was lumpy and saggy in most areas. The bathroom had a faint urine smell thruout our stay, that just did not go, inspite of the bathroom being cleaned again.

- The view is marred by unclean 'jalis' & glass panes full of pigeon feathers & excreta. - Some of the outer glass panes are missing or damaged. - The breakfast area needs refurbishing - the decor, tables & upholstery need to be more cheerful. - The staff in the breakfast area are very polite, but they need training in not touching the bread etc with their hands. - For breakfast, margarine is served instead of butter - so one cannot enjoy having a continental breakfast.

Breakfast is very poor, only for locals, local means not Indians, so don’t go for the breakfast option when you book it. Late check out only allowed until 12, so don’t expect once you check in you can ask for a late checkout after 12, because when booking it says subject to availability, I even messaged before arrival and didn’t get any response, so I thought I can ask at check-in, so no late check out more than one hour.
Inside the room was very good. The staff were good. The location is reasonably good.

Normal rooms bathroom was small compared to executive rooms.
