IndiaSometimes there was not a single person at a reception. We checked in around 5/6 pm and around 6.30/7 pm no one was sitting at the desk, similarly next day also at some point when I went to the desk, no one was there. As a result they don't pick up the phone since no one sits there permanently. The lady comes and sits at the desk sometimes but there is no one sitting there permanently.
Did not try the breakfast there. But overall food was very good.

Won't recommend it to anyone. • rooms aren't what seen in the photos. • had to ask for everything in rooms, were not even equipped with basic amenities that is cup, soap etc. •you have to check out at dot 11 if you'll check out at 11:05 you'll be charged extra even if you informed beforehand that you are checking out •their in house restaurant is very expensive, I'll recommend to dine out. •no breakfast was provided even after booking it as "it was their hotel's policy and what bullshit" And after all this they wanted us pay while checking in and after checking in "tum jaano tumhara jaane kaam" i think this was their policy. Worst experience ever. I don't know how people are rating it so perfectly.

IndiaIt was threating to call us again & again. Also, they don't tell you what is chargeable and what is not. Towels were like very old. Washroom was even dirty. No fan in the room only AC. What if you're not an AC person. There is no bath Tub in the room and it was mentioned that at the time of booking room with bathtub. So many other things which is very bad for this property.
Nothing was well cleaned and hygiened.
