Not recommended for family. Air conditioner was not working, after complaining for multiple times they provided another room but geyser was missing. Also water was not available full night & sometimes in day. Every time we have to call reception for water. - Water kettle was not provided. - Hand wash was not provided. - No lift available. We got room on 3rd floor.

Room was clean & food service was good. Good for bachelors.

The area is very crowded, there is a lot of noise, the hotel does not even have a heater in the harsh winter.

Absolute scam. Looking back I now realise all reviews are probably fake. Building is in terrible conditions, rooms are filthy, sheets are stained and gray, towels aren’t even fresh. It was January and the room was really cold as the windows couldn’t even close properly. I had to shower in the sink because the pressure in the shower was so low it didn’t even work. Book at your own risk.

Worst One, Don't go with the hote pictures

My room had a window to the road, it was noisy at night. Bed was wide, but a bit short. For my 183 cm it was not enough, I had to sleep diagonally. Ventilation system in the toilet was too powerful, when worked it sucked all the hot air from the window, so A/C was almost useless. I had to switch ventilation off to allow A/C work. Bathroom amenities were really basic and could use some repair (for example, water was dripping from the faucet), but enough. There were no hangers in the closet (spoiler: I found this to be a common problem in India).

Room was spacious enough, bed mattress was comfortable. Clean bedsheets and towels, working A/C. I actually had a window (3rd floor). Location is not bad - easy acces for taxi / rickshaw (unlike Main Bazaar). Not too far from metro, close distance for a taxi to main attractions. Receptionists helped me with small requests like printing a boarding pass

Hotel located in Prime location of Karol Bagh..Easy to walk from Jhandewalan Metro station and Karol Bagh Metro Station..Riksaw, Tuk Tuk and Taxi also availble. Room size Good, excellent speed of wi-fi, Staff very courteous and caring..My stay for totally value for money.

There is no parking space but there is government parking just 100 meters from the hotel.

At first I was a bit apprehensive as this Hotel was new on booking.com with only one review and that too was not good. But when I reached the Hotel Grace, I could not believe that how can get such good accommodation at such low rates? My stay was better than expected. Hotel Grace located in main arya samaj road which easy to access from anywhere. Room, facilities, Wi-Fi, staff's behavior and their hospitality are really praiseworthy. The hotel is definitely small but very clean just like home. Thanks to the reception manager and the gentleman who was telling me about the location over the phone.
