Two girls from Norway travelling. Mold in the room. Ants crawling on the wall and in our bags. Severe smell of smoke in the bathroom. No hot water in the shower. Toilet seat was loose. Stains on sheet. No extra towels first night so we had to share one…. The reception was rarely there. The location is SO bad avoid at all cost. Ubers/taxis won’t drive there because it’s too crowded.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was below standard — dirty sheets, stained bathroom, and unpleasant smell. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful when I raised concerns. Basic amenities were missing or broken, and overall, it felt like the hotel was poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I stayed here on 16 jul 25 and was very disappointed. The check-in process was slow and disorganized. The room had several issues the air conditioning didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty, and there was constant noise from outside. I contacted the front desk, but they were unresponsive and did not offer any real solution. For the price paid, the service and condition of the hotel were unacceptable. I hope management seriously considers improvements. I don't like anything totally waste of money 💰

It was a very good experience staying in this hotel.. the market share was nearby, there was a local train in Bagal itself so it was easy to travel, the breakfast was very good, the rooms are very good, it is a neat and clean hotel, the staff is very good and helpful

The night Manager is so manner less I send my I'd s on upper hotel number By mistake after some time he just bang the door so Badly and literally he is shouting to send I'd but I fight with him and show he's place because I'm not a tourist im a local person No ethics manner of talking

The couple stayed along with us paid only 2000 Rupees but we are charged 2700 and for extra stay they were charged 700 hundred but we are been charged 1000 Rupees. Over all it was not clean.

Hotel is in high congestion area, taxi people refuse to come, entrance of hotel is narrow only one lift and complimentary breakfast is waste. Utterly wastage of money to stay in this hotel

Stayed with family, and staff behaviour was not approachable, staffs are only looking at the mobile, properly located in very crowded area and all the time its having trafic jam, property actually is in a apartment at 6th floor so very hectic and very congested area. Mainly breakfast is limited they only provide Puri bhaji and bread jam butter nothing else it's a waste of money if you book here including breakfast. There many properties to choose with breakfast in buffet system I don't like the food and property. But Mr.Imran was very supportive and thank you Mr.Imran for the help.

Room is spacious and clean little maintenance be done but good for the stay who goes for shopping.
