We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaIf they did not have the room then they should have not confirmed the room. After all they were charging Rs 4000 per day. I could have stayed in Radisson Blu for that amount.
I was not given the room that was promised. They gave me an additional room that had been constructed on the top floor where the staff stays. The approach to the room was awful. Clothes of staff were hanging all around. It gave a shanty appearance. The TV was hanging from the wall. When I objected to the state of the room, I was given a room in the adjacent hotel Hotel Elegant. There the room was okay.
