Location is good, they have parking spot too which is really good. Rooms are fine and cleanliness is also good.

No heat in the room, only A/C. A blower was provided but only could be plugged on one side of the room, far away from lounging and working space. Hotel is still somewhat under construction, for example flooring in hallway not glued down properluy.

Near to Silver City opposite to ess ell honda, room was comfortable with all facilities, personnel are really helpful. I was travelling from Delhi and needed an early check-in they provided me with an early check-in at no extra charges.

The original room that I was allotted had a faulty air conditioner. I had to ask the staff at least 3-4 times to change the room because they kept on saying the AC is okay it just takes time to cool the room. Eventually they did change to a different room. This hampered the experience a bit. The breakfast offered was very mediocre.

The rooms were spacious. The location was good, on the main Rajpur road. The staff was polite and helpful. They are not asking for a lot of money.

cleanliness was less, hotel rooms were big but many small cockroaches found mostly under the the tea coffee table inside the room. electrical plug points were ample in no, but most of them having loose contacts with the chargers. regular paste control is badly needed in this hotel

breakfast was good in taste, but item spread was less. there was no proper breakfast room. Either it was arranged in a conference hall or was served in the room where we were staying. we need to ask daily about this.
