Manager that handles drivers was rude and not at all professionalism. If there is one single thing that we do not like about our stay is this point. He is not able to handle his drivers and my SUV car had all the auto settings messed up and AC in turbo mode. When i complaint, he didnt gave sufficient and convincing answer. Please improvise this before you start losing customers

The facility looks run down and the furniture appears old. The electric tea kettle in the room was not working. The lighting in the room was inadequate. The lifts were of some unknown brand and did not function efficiently. Though the staff were polite , require additional training to achieve service standard of a 5 star facility.

I was given an early check in as requested. The room was spacious. Our conference venue was close to the Hotel. The house keeping staff was efficient. The front desk staff was professional and check in was quick. The bathroom was spacious and the toiletries were good. Safety issues were well considered in the design of the bathrooms. The The breakfast spread was good.

Upkeep of the property is pathetic. Everything is old and unkept. This property needs to be renovated fresh. Things that are broken continue to remain broken for months till someone complains. The property entrance gatekeepers are lethargic and don’t help with checking luggage. Parking valet is missing half the time and I had to go down to the basement to get my own car twice. Not a five star feel

The hotel frequently rents out to large weddings at the back open space. With lot of guests staying at the hotel, so lifts, restaurants, main hotel lobby and parking gets super chaotic in the morning and evenings

The noise level outside. Also due to issues the manager should have considered winning us over perhaps with the breakfast. Breakfast for which we paid for was manic! Had to wait 30 mins for a chai... in india! Good gym tho

Rooms are nice and large. But we have to say this is not 5 Star as it claims to be. Staff are nice but really do not take any responsibility for issues raised.

Maintenance was poor. Staff is not capable of attending to basic issues like AC temperature setting. Cleaning is done at very surface level. You could spot corners, edges which are not cleaned for long. Service attitude does not exist.

Breakfast is wholesome with variety. Love the swimming Pool, which is full size and well maintained. Room is very spacious, have royal feeling.

there's nothing specific that i didnt like about the property however i must mention that the location of the hotel is bit far from the heart of the city. an important thing to consider if you have to visit the city many a times.

the overall experience was great. the room service was also great. there's ample parking space for ur vehicle. the breakfast has a very nice spread and the quality of food was worth it. the room upgrade by booking.com was like ace in the card and it did exceeded my expectations in that case.

There was no cleanliness in the toilet and bathroom there were stains on shower screen, all the taps, door and even towels were not clean properly.

Property was ok as compared to charges was not exceptional. Bedding was comfortable.
