The hotel didn’t look like any photos on websites, and had seen better days. We didn’t receive welcoming drink on arrival. Very run down. Bed wasn’t clean on arrival. Housekeeping was very poor due to lack of cleanliness and supplies of toiletries. Cockroaches in room. Breakfast was very disappointing, cold food and inexperienced staff.

First they took us to a room and we ran out of the room coz of the mould smell. Then they showed another room, and it was ok but when I laid on the bed and saw the fan, oh my God literally I jumped out of bed. Fan (wings) was full of dust and dirty black in color, as if they didn’t clean it for months. Then they gave us an upgrade -room #106. Kettle wasn’t working properly coz the wall power point was not fixed properly. We need to fix it everyone we used. Room was too small. In the washroom, the water was stagnant and cannot bathe for more than 5 mts. How can we stand in our own dirty water????. Coming to the SPA. SPA was ok but after the massage they made two of us to sit in one room for sauna. How can you sit together? Ridiculous and we paid 4800 rs for 2. Coming to the outdoor pool. It was super cold and they didn’t have the heating system inside the pool. So no point in commenting. Staffs were very polite and kind except one receptionist. She was rude and defensive all the time. She did not understand what we were asking her. Rimpy, Aruna, Naveen and Vasanthi were very polite. First night, I ordered soup and waited for 35mts. Food was ok at Orange restaurant. Since it was no crowd, it was not a buffet menu. They gave us a menu card to choose. We didn’t get to try all the food . Less customers or more they need to give us what they advertised but whatever they gave us was good. Trekking was great experience. Thanks to Naveen. Good location but it was untidy, dirty. They need to maintain it.

Overpriced room. Had to upgrade to Junior Suite as they think Kids aged 12 should be considered adult(I have stayed in other hotels and they never had any problem with that). The room just had enough amenities , No wardrobe, or night gowns were provided. Room service was poor . Kids play area doesnt have enough things and equipments were misplaced. Breakfast is just ok , nothing to be special about it. Certain staffs were good , but overall service was poor. Please avoid restaurant for food options, massively overpriced . You get better options around the corner.

Location is good. Only thing we liked is the trekking service provided by Hotel. The staff accompanied was great and enjoyed the trecking.

The main hall was smelling Food was not great If they are doing renovation they should not book rooms. They had carpenter working the whole day. It was like staying in a workshop. It is not worth the money. There are better rooms at cheaper prices Just because they are up the hill they charge high prices. Staff are also not that friendly Their wifi is so slow even for it to get connected The power kept going off and on so every time it was like we had to switch on the ac

Rooms were exceptionally clean and well decorated. Room had everything you needed. Views were amazing, staff was warm and helpful and facilities such as the garden and the pool were well maintained.

It was indeed a wonderful and memorable moment for me and my colleagues The views are breath taking, the model and design of the room is just wow. When Next I visit India (Tamil Nadu) this is going to be my number 1 place. It´s a perfect location for outstanding vacation

Food ( lunch was very bad), their were housefly in the lunch area.. Understaffed.. They were trying best to manage the situation.. Staff is demotivated clearly visible in the body language..

Air conditioning was not working. Had to change rooms, even in the new room ac was faulty. As a bonus, new room's lock was broken. After a horrible night with faulty ac, finally got a room with everything working. Despite knowing that a group of senior citizens are travelling, help was neither sufficient nor prompt. Extremely disappointed
