Location and cleanliness.

This is the second time, i stayed in this property. Nice location and walkable to lake. Car parking inside premise. Neat and clean rooms. Small indoor play area for kids. I never tried food here, but i believe that will be also good.

The latch on the outside window of our room was broken and it was not repaired till we left.It was just a small work

Basic restaurant and very limited breakfast menu - served in a separate room adjacent to the hotel. A fully functional restaurant would help as there is only one veg restaurant Saravana Bhavan Elite nearby which is always crowded and expensive for the quality served. Sweet Potato a multicuisine veg restaurant has very good reviews is a bit far and we could not try it since the traffic was very bad. But one can order tea/coffee and limited snacks. Wi-Fi speed is pathetic and needs improvement, works in patches. Entry to the hotel is via steps which could be inconvenient for older people, there is an alternate way through the car entry/exit side which is steep.

Great location very near to the lake and most attractions. Lake is just a stone's throw away, Most of the viewpoints Pagoda and Lady's seat are not very far. Yercaud is a small town, and the location of the hotel is very convenient for sightseeing. Rooms are very good and neat. Toiletries good as well. Staff is good and never had any major issues with service. Lift facility is a great feature. Campfire was a good touch but for a very short duration of one hour. Dedicated in premises car parking is a big plus.

° The Hotel charged me with money which they loose on commision to bookings.com. ° Room exhaust fan was not working, the toilets were wet all the time.

° Room is clean and neat. ° Close by to city center, helpful for navigating through the city. ° Staff have contact with drivers who help you with sightseeing.

Need more attention on the bathroom. Hot water for bath, kettle, and TV not working while generator running. Poor WiFi connection in room. It's not worth paying INR 4700 per night for these facilities.

We couldnt get running hot water which was very unpleasant in the cold Yercaud climate. They have to find a solution for that quickly. The toilet is bit smelly which also impacted our stay

The room atmosphere is worse and a bad smell is coming into the room and is not clean total waste, and fan not working AC not cooling bathroom worst and expired products shampoo and body wash they kept in the bathroom, so total waste
