Staff doesn't aware of local activities and not organized for the food at hotel. If anyone is going first-time, it will be difficult.

Insects were coming on to the bed even when the windows were shut. Not enough ventilation. Only one fan for a family room which was not enough. Lots of insects in the reception too.

Restaurant can be made available since there is no nearby restaurants. Water can be provided in the room itself rather a common dispenser. Swimming pool can be maintained in order to use it, it was not in usable condition when we visited. Air Conditioner can be provided in all the rooms. The tourist information available but one person who can guide can be value added service.

The property could have been maintained properly. It’s not at all clean. Swimming pool is not maintained cleanly. Power points in room where not working except one port. On tv you cannot use more than 3 or 4 Tamil channel. My family members felt very bad on seeing lot of dustbins and dusts near our room. Bathrooms where average , despite of paying 2200rs per room you will get two 50 paise shampoo and one 4 rs medimix soap. Not at all worth the price . I felt bad after paying this much with no much facilities.

Property manager is good and they have food arrangement for breakfast and dinner. Food is also tasty

Everything was very average. Staff didn’t know English and was not helpful in anything. They just took the payment and forget about us.

There was no bed sheet, only bed cover on the matress. There was an empty bottle of fruit drink in the cupboard, it should have been cleaned before we moved in. The toilet flush didnt work for first 5-6 times when we tried. No toiletries and towel provided. Towel was provided after being asked. The balcony latch was broken (there was no way to close the balcony door, anyone can get inside. multiple times i woke up at night to check if the door is still closed)

Bed was big enough for 2 people. Ample parking space
