Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Avoid !!!! Completely passable property. Dirty unkempt rooms with mould growing on walls. Dirty linen and uncooperative staff with loads of attitude.

Room wasn't clean and lots of Ants were there on bed. After the request they changed the room but there AC wasn't working fine. Couldn't alter the temperature. It was fixed. About cleanliness, bathroom doesn't have ventilation at all.
Easily located the hotel. Staffs are good and responsive.

1. Forced to make all payments in advance is unacceptable. 2. Rooms are infested with insects and ants. 3. Garbage dump in front of hotel; crows making ruckus over garbage dump. 4. No restaurant. 5. Breakfast available only after 8.30 am.
Basic Amenities fair. Staff is cooperative and helpful but some persist in asking for tips. Manager felt to be arrogant as demanded advance of full stay.

Room was not clean. Bedsheets and pillows weren't changed from previous stay. Cockroaches found. There was no wifi. When asked , they said they are fixing it. Which never got done until we checked out

Due to the lack of full working kitchen, the property lacks proper breakfast. On the 1st morning, I was served good breakfast. Unfortunately, 2nd morning, I was served vada paau until the day of my checkout which the property has to improve because any guest can get frustrated having same breakfast for the during of guest stay. Atleast 10 to 150 ft, there was lot of garbage thrown which was one other thing I did not like because it downgrade the property value.
My stay with FabExpress – Green View was excellent. I enjoyed by stay very much. Below is the various aspect I would like to post my comments. 1. Room. The room was spacious one has shown in the picture on Booking.com. Very neat and clean. Wash cum Rest room was very clean and tidy. My recommendation to the property owner is that if they had installed exhaust fan in the wash cum rest room it would be add element to the room. Also, if the owner had installed racks for keeping personal items like shampoo and other, would be added benefit as well. Ambience of the room was simple yet perfect for a hotel like Green View. My overall experience was good. 2. Staff. The main factor in hotel or hospitality industry is the staff. The staff at Green View had met my expectation. They were friendly and very prompt in providing the required services when requested. 3. Location. For a hotel to be successful in its business and attract good number of guests, location does play an important role. Being away from the hassle and noisy environment, it was very peaceful while staying at Green View. Being located on a hill top, it was surrounded by green a lot. From the hotel to the nearest railway station which is Kanjurmarg railway station which around 8.2Km from the hotel; was easy due to constant availability of auto rickshaws. My recommendation to any guest coming to stay at this property should use UBER. During my stay at this property, I was using UBER as my means of transportation from the property to nearest Railway station which is Kanjurmarg Railway Station. From the property to Kanjurmarg Railway Station, it cost around Rupees 110/- max. But if you are returning in the night time then the fare from the railway station to property is bit high. 4. Wi-fi In today world, every guest would like to be connected to the Wi-fi. The Wi-fi was very good as well and I had no issue with the Wi-fi.
