I recently stayed at Harveys Hotel in Brookefield, Bangalore, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible service provided by Mr. Anant Jaiswal, the hotel manager. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Not only did he provide excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions in the area, but he also personally assisted us with ordering various items we needed during our stay. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests' needs set this hotel apart. The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean, and perfectly located in Brookefield with easy access to major IT hubs and shopping areas. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were always courteous and prompt in their service. Whether you're visiting Bangalore for business or leisure, I highly recommend Harveys Hotel. With management like Mr. Jaiswal, who truly understands hospitality, you can expect a stay that exceeds expectations. His local insights and willingness to help with everything from restaurant bookings to arranging transportation made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The only minor issue was the bathroom fittings which were loose but did not significantly impact our stay..

We had a fantastic stay at Harvey’s. Rooms were big and comfortable with a balcony providing a great city view. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful especially Anant ji (caretaker) who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived he ensured that everything was available to us and attended to every small request without a slightest delay. It felt like home far away from home.. A good breakfast was also available with variety of options… we could also order dinner from the nearby hotel which was delivered to our doorstep. Overall we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The room seemed clean, but there was dirt in a few areas . They can be a little proactive. Although it is mentioned that 24 hour check in is permitted, however you will be charged extra(say 500) for it. So enquire in advance

Room and toilet were not clean when we stepped in to the rooms. Toilets were not ready with toiletries. Breakfast was on order and system is not yet ready. Roads to the hotel were crowded with too much traffic.

Took about half hour to check-in and check-out. No AC in the room Bed is double but the mattress are single Lenin has hair, I presume they didn't changed the bedding covers with fresh ones. Found couple of Cockroaches Washroom is sub par The same room is available for Rs 1500 without early check-in, I booked the room for Rs 2540 with early check in at 2 am on Sunday so I can checkout on Monday by 11am, but the experience was sub par and not very welcoming. So I had to book another hotel and check-out on Sunday 11am itself. No card payment accepted, they said they are still working on it, so check before you arrive. I usually avoid new properties with such good reviews but maybe it's acceptable for the other guests for that price. If you just need a place to stay at that price and not except much hospitality then go for it. If you are looking for a seamless comfortable stay better to go for your regular trusted hotels with good hospitality.

Everything was great, but the shower was stuck on cold, although it wasn't much of a problem. It's a new hotel, so a few minor general things to improve.

Great staff, Anant the hotel manager was very friendly. Comfy and large bed, very clean.
