I had a great stay at Hotel Hauz Khas Fort View. For a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations with clean and comfortable rooms and all the essential amenities. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area. A special shoutout to Receptionist’s Mr Kuldeep at the front desk! They were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their friendly attitude made the stay even more pleasant. If you’re looking for an affordable yet comfortable place with excellent service, I highly recommend Hotel Hauz Khas Fort View. I would definitely stay here again!

i think it's safe but if you're a woman alone and at night, it seems a bit dicey outside around the entrance. it's clean but it's also an old place, so don't expect much.

it's good for a simple one or two night stay if you need a place in the HKV area. of course you can find better, but in this case it was for a very last minute stay and for traveller's budget reasons for me. you get what you pay for, a simple room. there's some bugs. maybe some hair on the floor or sheets. a bit grungy bathroom. but if you are ok with a simple place to stay, it's fine.

The whole experience was horrible. The shower was filthy, bed was FULL of bed bugs, there were multiple cockroaches in the toiled and not even a shower head. Nothing was clean, and actually it was a sanitary hazard.

The location is the highlight. It’s located right in Deer Park. We walk out and everything we need is within walking distance, Clubs or Bars, and branded showrooms for clothes.

I was first given a room which was up 4 flights of steps, it was dirty, stunk like cigarettes and had noisy aircon. I wanted to move to a different hotel but they wouldn’t give my money back. They said I could change rooms, the next room stunk so badly of urine, and I got really itchy from the bed sheets and couldn’t sleep. I had to get an early morning taxi, cars can’t drive in this area so I had to walk a few minutes to a point to get a taxi. It felt safe to walk apart from the dogs, I had a dog barking and following me. As a solo female traveller I wouldn’t recommend. It is very over priced, I paid less than half the amount they charged to stay in dorms at hostels that were much better.

The area around is nice, mainly walking streets so quieter. A lot more relaxed than other areas in Delhi. As a solo female felt safe walking around and didn’t have unwanted attention.
