Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBeautiful boat with lovely peaceful atmosphere, host Yousef was very nice and gave lots of local advice and tips. The breakfast was great and the hosts clearly know what works well and doesn’t - recommend this houseboat over the Dal Lake boats as much quieter and the hosts are so sincere and aren’t overwhelming

South AfricaThere was a continuous problem with electricity during the day. Initially, the wifi was not connected to the inverter, which meant that I had to go sit in a restaurant across the street to work online. Yusuf really tried to fix this problem but was not able to. If you do not need wifi, this is a wonderful, private, quiet and simple boat to stay on in Srinigar.
This houseboat is located on the smaller and quieter Nigeen Lake. There are 2 bedrooms and we were lucky that we had the whole boat to ourselves for 5 days. We ate most of our meals on the boat and they were really tasty. Yusuf is a wonderful host and he was always ready to help or answer questions about the area. He makes the best Kahwa in Kashmir!

Location, Location, Location. If you want to have a great experience, This is the location, at Lily of the world houseboats. The calm and serene feeling you would get is unparallel compared to the crowded dal lake area, you can always take a shikara .ride to dal lake which adds to the total experience. The best sunset point is from this houseboat at Nigeen lake. There a few houseboats (yes they have a few with varied sizes and amenities) The owner and operator Mr. Junaid would make you feel that you are among family. He ensures you are well taken care of and would go extra mile to provide you with all that you need. The warm hospitality and cheerful nature of the houseboat manager Mr. Yousuf will win you over. Junaid our host was a joy to interact with. He checked on us regularly if we need anything. He has the right knowledge to guide you if you plan to travel around within Srinagar or planning a trip to Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam, etc. He can help you with car bookings or shikara booking or even trekking at reasonable rate. Junaid would never make you feel that you are a stranger at his houseboat. within minutes he makes you feel you are talking to a friend who wants the best for you. The boats are simple with basic amenities and one must not expect a hotel type of service/experience. The charm of simple stay at houseboat is unbeatable. They provide breakfast and dinner (simple but very delicious home cooked food). if you want to indulgent gourmet experience the city offers many options
