Someone was ringing at the door very loudly at 7 am and then at 8 and 9 am repeatedly... They woke us up 3 times. At this time of the morning! Especially when we arrived at 2 am... When I got out of bed it turned out that was only to ask if we wanted breakfast. Come on, if we wanted food we would tell that at a time convenient for us. All travellers need is peace and quiet... Didn't have much sleep that night because of this. All other things were great.😃

We booked queen room and was upgraded to king size, room was super clean, cozy with a lot of sunlight. As we were working from hotel it was a nice experience. Plus they have room service available for breakfast lunch dinner.

A couple of minor things - they could provide a dental kit in the bathrooms and the water heater seemed to be centrally controlled. It still worked after we asked them to turn it on, but this seemed like something that could be avoided.

The staff at the hotel are polite, helpful and responsive. They're very pet friendly which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is easy to find, on one of the main roads in town. They have some car parking space near the hotel. We didn't have the food here, but the food items were very reasonably priced. The room and bathroom were both clean when we arrived. We moved to a bigger room for an additional expense, but the smaller rooms should be fine as well. The A/C and WiFi both worked well while we were there.

Tea bags and coffee packet could be provided in the room

The room was very neat and clean The staff was very friendly. They have a dedicated car parking although it is adjacent to the main hotel. We stayed with our pet. It is a good option if you are traveling with your pet. The location is very close to the main highway.

There are many bikes parked in the narrow corridor leaving limited space for taking baggage up to the reception. The shining lift car made of stainless steel is to be cleaned of spit marks. The management should see that spitting is not done by irresponsible fellows and the lift car is maintained neat and clean.

Very good location-quite close to rly station, courteous staff, clean room, bathroom and corridors. bakery, medical shop etc right in the same or next building. Just 8 minute auto drive from railway station. I didn’t find any restaurant in the hotel. Coffee/Tea and breakfast are being served to the room.

Little bit Expensive when compared to other hotels. No Discount.one day Rs 2.600 including But this time i satisfied because of New construction Room they allotted.
