Henry and Filomena were great hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ve stayed in candolim several times but this is the best place by far. Close to the beach yet quiet and the rooms were immaculate. Wish we’d found it sooner.

Fridge was bit noisy so we turned it off over night. No big deal for us. Few issues paying by card so could maybe smooth out card payments.

Great room in a great location. The owners very helpful and the whole experience was excellent. Comfortable beds and very good value.

Cleanliness and location

The rooms were spotlessly clean, fresh towels every day and clean bedding alternate days. Perfect location. The host was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We will be back.

I must say to all this was the best place I could have ever stayed in. It's so close to the beach and filomena ma'am was so caring all the time and talking about cleanliness never give a single thought. It's will be a second home now. North Goa if you are planning in a budget trip then go for Henrys and I assure you that you will not regret

We loved staying at Henrys place. Very clean, comfortable, spacious room and very friendly owner. She made us feel welcomed and immediately helped us if we needed something. When I felt sick she gave me a kettle and salt.

Fantastic experience, however if breakfast was served, this would have been added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Henry’s Place. A family run business with a pleasant atmosphere. Cleanliness was at point always and we returned to a spotless room daily. A very high standard of maintenance throughout. All family members were approachable and supportive from arranging our tours, booking taxis, advising on local cuisine to recommending best eateries/restaurants. The beach was literally less than 5 minutes away from Henry’s Place, making it all the more convenient to head to the beach at anytime. It was a pleasure to walk down Holiday Street consisting of cafes, souvenir shops, salon/beauticians, street vendors selling crafts etc..again minutes away from Henry’s place, certainly gave out the vibes of being on holiday, living up to its name, ‘Holiday Street’. Having been our first visit to Goa, the family went the extra mile to show us the hidden gems of Goa. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend staying at Henry’s Place and I would have no hesitation booking here again on our next visit. Thank you to all the family at Henry’s Place for a wonderful and relaxed stay.

It was an awesome experience. The owners were wonderfull people. A must visit hotel as you will get the sea beach just 2mins walking distance and also scooters for rent from there itself. Location is amazing as you can travel to both north and south Goa in scooter from there hotel. Rooms were neat and clean. Overall just fantastic stay. Thank you aunty and Derik. Hope to see you guys soon.

The house is haunted one. All nights were sleepless night.

Due to non confirmation of train ticket. We had to book flight and we reached on 14th Aug 1:00am. We asked for room and they said it is available. We occupied the room and it was told that they will charge 500 extra. But next morning 14th aug they made the bill of 1500 extra for staying that night whereas our total bill was only around 5400/- approx for 4 nihhts. Now the total bill is 6900/. After several discussion also owner denied to lessen the amount. Owner try to loot people.

Basic things like a electric kettle with some tea bags must be provided in the room. Toilet tissues were not provided Inside the property there is no parking for four wheeler so if one is taking car they will have to pay and park on the road side (public parking space) Its ok for stay if you just need a room to sit and sleep. Not worth paying 4000 per day. I understand Dec is peak session but it must value the money

Rooms are clean. Overall staff behaviour is fine. Property is close to beach. Its not a hotel kind of a home stay where you get a clean room to stay.

I love everything....

I love everything and the most loved part is the way they treat each n everyone with so much love and affection felt like am at my home .... whenever I come Goa tis will be my permanent place forever ....
