Food is average in quality and a bit highly priced. They had some space for outdoor play, but no balls (volleyball /football) available. When asked, we we told it'll be available during our "next visit".. :)

Location of the hotel is a bit far from the city. They didn't refill water daily & charged me extra for that. One suggestion, two pair of sleepers must be provided in the room.

Ambience of the hotel, the way it is maintained is appreciable. Hotel staff was helpful too.

We liked everything... of course it would have been nicer if the rooms were not so close to each other, but still there was no problem of privacy as there werent many guests.

Breakfast was fantastic, we liked every bit of the place. It is very new, very clean, very comfortable and has a very polite and well trained staff. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and we had a very good stay.

The spa services need a lot of improvement, at the moment it is just oil being rubbed in a general direction.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hibis and we cannot praise the hotel enough, especially due to the outstanding service provided by Vikram, David and Prabhu. We initially planned to stay for 1 day and ended up staying for 4 days and will 1000% return here on our next trip to vellore. Service: From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was seamless, the staff was eager to help and attentive throughout our stay. The superstar of Hibis - Vikram went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed right from arranging transportation for our tour in Vellore, customized spa experiences, catering to every adhoc requirements we had upto helping us our on his days off from work to translate and relay instructions to our driver when we were stranded on our way back to another state in India. Special shout out to David who was a downright angel, quick to assist with our luggage and ensured we were settled in comfortably. Single handledly and with a big contagious smile on his face moved our belongings from one room to another to make our experience and view was more fresh and varied over our 4 day stay. He refused to let us lift a finger for anything, will always remember how hospitable he is. I would like to extend a big thank you to Prabhu for sitting with me to customize a menue with the chef and put together a special dinner arrangement with decorations and custom made seating just for the 2 of us within 2 hours of my request. You made my vision happen even though it's something that the hotel doesn't offer yet. The hotel: Our rooms were clean, spacious, hygienic and the view from our rooms was totally insta worthy (be sure to watch the gorgeous sunset right from the balcony).

1. The landline number listed on their website does not work. It's dead. The same is the situation for at least one other branch of this property. 2. The WiFi in our room was not working. Despite telling them for 2 days in a row, it never worked properly while we were there. 3. We had an extra cot in one of our rooms, Despite telling them several times to remove it, they did nothing. In the end, I folded it up and pushed it into a corner of the room. 4. Housekeeping was lacking. The only thing they did was make the bed and replace the towels in the bathroom. The dustbins were not emptied. 5. The staff was non-communicative to my complaints. All they kept saying was "Sorry"!

1. The in room dining menu and food were excellent. 2. The place itself looks lovely and is well maintained. 3. Quiet and peaceful area, although 45 minutes from Vellore town.

The car parking area should be made with interlock to avoid the mud and sand in the rainy season. The staff should have to practice for a smiley face. The swimming pool maintenance should be done early in the morning to prevent the guests from utilizing the pool at their convenience. Most importantly, the previous night's food service to the guests' room should be collected and cleaned from their doorsteps as early as possible to avoid the birds stepping in and creating a messy environment from the leftovers. The main entrance of the property does not give a pleasant feel for the guests as if we are entering an abandoned property.

The breakfast is average with a minimal menu. The location is good.

The staff are extremely polite and the property is really really beautiful in an idyllic location. Such a calm and peaceful environment . Would definitely prefer going there. Their breakfast spread was simply stunning with eversmiling staff and i thank Mr. Jeyanth who spoke really very well over the phone and in person too.

The location is slightly difficult Access. The Board at entrance can be bigger.
