The staff was helpful in early check in and check out. At night the view from the cafe is also amazing. Hospitality was awesome.

You have to walk up a lane and then stairs so it's not the most convenient place to stay at especially for people with mobility issues but otherwise it's good.

The hospitality was good. The staff were helpful and kind. The view from their restaurant is amazing. The location is also great, close to multiple cafes at walkable distances.

Clean up pigeon poo.

The hotel was well located in Laxman Jhula. It is set back from the main Street with a short walk up a laneway and steps to the hotel. Only suitable really for able bodied persons. The staff were very pleasant and keen to help. The room was fine - relatively speaking it was good in comparison to others I'd experienced in India. The balcony was uninviting with pigeon poo and pigeons around - they would sit in the bathroom air vent and coo away, which was kinda gross. The bedroom was not really cleaned under the bed. Besides that, overall the room and bathroom were fine and acceptable. The view of the Ganges from the balcony was great. Breakfast was OK, not really clear what was on offer, but managed to work out something that suited me. There is a boat crossing to the other side of the river if you wish to get to Rishikesh proper - easy to use. Tuk tuk do not go to the hotel - I had taken one from Nepali Farm and had to walk from the Ram Jhula Bridge to the hotel. That was OK for me but you would need to be mobile to do this. Overall I was happy enough with the hotel and its location was good.

Such a cozy nice place with a very great environment. I was looking for a place that actually matches the description. In India you always need to be aware of these things. It was clean, spacious, amazing location on top of all other buildings with a great view.

Reaching the hotel was a little difficult. As it was uphill and had a barely visible direction board. Over the property description it's mentioned that they have parking, which was a little misleading. Because the property doesn't have an accessible parking within the hotel premises. They have parking made available on an empty plot, for which we have to drive a bit further away from the property.

I liked the sweet, refreshing, creative interiors of the hotel. The staff was equally polite, welcoming and supportive. Overall stay was truly great.

Lift service could have been from actual ground floor in order for adults to avoid stairs. Earlier, they used to serve juices and detox water during breakfast, which they have stopped. It could have been nice to have some juices at the breakfast.

The location was a bit difficult to get to but the reception staff were continuously in touch to guide us.

The property was not big but was very efficient. The staff were very helpful. The rooms and washrooms were clean and all basic amenities were provided. I got a hairdryer immediately on request. The view of the Ganges and Lakshman Jhula from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. The buffet breakfast had a good selection.

Nothing, older ppl might find it difficult to reach location as u need to climb n walk a lot. I enjoyed because it was a good exercise and it helped to digest my food.

Staff was nice, when I booked the cab from outside, hotel person carried the luggage and waited with me as I was having some clarifications with driver, hotel staff noticed that the agent didn't convey what I requested to cab driver, after I left, hotel authority called the agent asking why would he do like that, agent called me if there is any problem. It was a nice gesture from the hotel staff. Jungle view room are nice, quiet.

Every thing is just perfect, the staff, the rooms,Just that found it little difficult to reach this place, Its walkable distance from Navdeep Ghat, They arrange for all adventure activities, The place is surrounded with nice music & souvenir shops, enjoyed the walk around the place. The live music at the restaurant in the evening was the cherry on the top. Had a great evening with the musician Aaditya and made new friends , had a Gala time jamming with some bollywood songs. Great place to be at a reasonable prize.

It is 12 bed dorm.... Price is costly as compared to number of bed in dorm.

It's in main street yet appear to be away from busy street. It has rooftop restaurant with live music. The singer was good and his voice was soothing
