In the living room or hall there should be a AC for the 2 bedroom villa AC is not there in the hall or living room which is only the less point. AC's are there in the bedrooms.

I wish the bathroom were bigger in size.The bed size was small and the matress was average quality. The television was of small size.Drier was not provided in bathroom and mats or towels inside the bathroom to wipe the water after bath.I wish the balcony was closed on both the sides for more privacy.Live music in the restaurant in the evening was too loud.

Property was very good in terms of maintenance and scenic view.Food was excellent including breakfast and dinner.Rooms were average. The staff particularly the front desk and staff at the restaurant were cooperative and very courteous. Particularly Chetan who carried our baggage. For the 1st time in my various trips somebody refused to take a tip.

Brown villa has kitchen but basic tea coffee sugar sachet are missing. No glass, cup ,spoon given in the kitchen. No Ac in drawing room with TV. You canot seat in drawing room to enjoy TV.

Breakfast was good. Position of hotel is good.

Swimming pool can be much cleaner , There were plenty of insects in the pool in the evening time

Internet speed was slow and it can definitely be better. TV settings were confusing.

Resort is nice, clean and well maintained. My instructions for having food with no onions with treated with due respects and the restaurant staff definitely walked an extra mile to meet my expectations.

In room a mini fridge was expected. Also kettle is given but no complimentary tea / coffee / cream / sugar. Hand towel missing, shaving kit also required, glasses missing. More flowering plants on property needed. More open sitting benches.

Breakfastwas varied. Property location is good. Games and pool facilities are nice. Staff is cooperative. Cleanliness in room was good. Food taste is excellent. Overall we enjoyed.

1. As the resort is booked for corporate team outings, facilities are fully occupied by corporate guests. 2. Corporate events are noisy and the employees (team) shout/sing/dance entire night. 3. With the above reasons, stay is not peaceful for family guests. 4. Frequent power and Internet disruptions due to power outage. 5. Repetetive limited menu for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner 6. No alcohol

The pool is just 4feet deep.

The location & property is beautiful. The staff are very polite and cater to most requests. The buffet food is limited but delicious. Well stocked game room, refreshing and beautiful pool. Overall great experience

Room was good but pets were allowed n many dogs were there.i think they r rebuilding a lot as I don’t got d view which I thought about greenery n mountains.n they should inform if there is some wedding program during vacation time .coz we need silence n relax .n d price which we saw while booking it was change when we arrived.n breakfast was also not inculuded.they can make d place d best as location is good n also not allow pets at resort.

The bed sheets had a light stains on it. The TV in the room is far away from the bed and in small size which makes it a bit difficult to watch. The wifi speed is little weak
