Nice home stay in the middle of the historical fort. Calm and relaxing. clean. good windy terrace in the top . Good and spacious room. Good common area every step floor. Good food and drink aa reasenable price. Best view for memory photos. Lucky and his staff are carmina and diretti good you to all you beed without any worry. Thank you a lot for my stay like a Kingston.

They were incredible hosts. They continually went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, safe and enjoying myself. They picked me up at the train and dropped me at the bus. They helped me get my travel arrangements made. It was an incredible experience staying at this homestay.

Nothing about the hostel - just don't underestimate the heat in Jaisalmer

I really enjoyed my stay. The manager, Lucky, came to pick me up at the junction where the bus dropped me off, even as I got dropped off early. Instead of asking for payment the moment we arrived, he took us up to the rooftop and gave us a chai. It was a great welcome and first impression. In my case since there were such few guests (low season) he upgraded my room and it was awesome. I extended my stay of course. Also a shout out to Rasid who is running the restaurant upstairs, he was a cool person to talk with and made some great food. 100% recommended

Lucky and staff are the best. So friendly and helpful with everything and anything we needed. The hostel itself is super clean and comfortable with great views. The rooftop restaurant is lovely and the food very good. I feel like I am leaving my family and will miss them all very much. We also met such sweet people who were staying here and we all went on the safari together! We did a jeep safari and one woman who joined us did ride a camel. All the guys on the trip were so sweet and nice and fun. Great food, great music, great stories, great group! If you want a jeep or camel safari, Lucky and his crew are your people. Don’t look any further, seriously…just book with him for both the hostel and safari, you can’t go wrong and you will be happy that you did. Also their English is great!!!

Had an incredible experience staying at this hostel. Felt like I was leaving my family after I checked out. Had some issues with my AC on the first night but the staff quickly prepared a new room for me. After that the level of service, comfort, and sense of community at the hostel was exceptional for the remainder of my stay. The desert safari was also unforgettable. Thanks to Lucky and the other staff for everything!

Very beautiful hostel, in the middle of Fort Jaisalmer. The rooms are big and clean, with a stunning view. Also a great rooftop where you can chill and get delicious food. I would say: look no further and book! :)

Just one of those places you can't quite believe you've stumbled into. Location is wonderful, the ambience is wonderful, and the staff are all really nice and welcoming. A chilled place in the heart of the fort you can't ask for more. Another great rooftop.

I went with a group of friends and instantly loved it. The staff is super friendly, flexible, and made us feel right at home. They also organized an amazing desert camel trip—some of us went for one day, others for two. Personally, I’d recommend the two-day trip, as you get to spend a full day out in nature with just your camel and guide—such a peaceful and memorable experience. Highly recommend this place, and I’d definitely love to come back!))

Wonderful location inside the fort with incredible views both from the rooftop terrace and my room.. I cannot recommend the Desert Safari highly enough - it truly was the most amazing experience - the camel riding was great fun! Helpful and friendly guides, excellent food cooked over an open fire and you can choose where you sleep - (on the sand, or on a cot, with the group or a little bit away if you prefer to enjoy the serenity of the desert and the view of the stars by yourself) There is a campfire, singing and dancing (and even some acrobatics if you're up for it!) The price was also great - fantastic value for money and definitely one of the best experiences I've had in my 2 months in India. Whether you are male or female, solo or in a couple or group this trip will suit you. Food on the rooftop terrace was good quality (and better prices than a lot of similar places in the surrounding area).The included breakfast has several tasty options and is available from 7am - perfect if you have an early bus, or want to head out early for sightseeing. Lastly, I have to recommend Lucky - one of the nicest guys and best hosts I've encountered on my travels. He picked me up and dropped me off for my buses (free of charge!) which was a great bonus after getting off a long night bus journey. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is always around if you need anything. (And he's quite funny!) The value for money was incredible - and the rooms, and all other areas, were incredibly clean. Hot water for showers always available (don't forget to flick the boiler switch on a few minutes before you need f you have a private bathroom) The beautiful Jain temple is just a couple of minutes walk away and the Havellis just a few minutes further on foot. I normally don't give such long reviews but I can't say enough good things about this place!!

Still in doubt? I can assure you, book Peace & Love! Best Hotel in Jaisalmer with clean rooms and beautiful view. Located in a quiet street inside the fort, with nice terrace looking over the city. Owner Lucky is the best and will arrange everything for you. We booked multiple days in the dessert with him and this was a very special experience. Definitely recommend this! :)

I really enjoyed staying here! Lucky picked us up from the bus station. We also booked the desert tour with them, and it was amazing! The location in the fort was also good, and we had a beautiful view from the rooftop. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Jaisalmer.

Staying not long enough, it was too good

Wow, what a stay! Lucky, our host, was above and beyond. Best service we had in India for sure! Good communication, great vibe, he sent someone to pick us up late at the station, drop us off himself even later when we left. Attentive and super nice, he and his friend Ashis were amazing. The room was incredible too, what a value!! Of course it's cheap because they sell desert safari tours, as everyone does around. It is still an incredible value regardless. We opted for an overnight desert tour with them and it was great, exactly what we were looking for: very small group (we were 6), a bit of camel ride, sleeping under the stars in a remote sand dune right on the sand after a dinner cooked on fire with the camel men. Simple, quiet, good vibe, perfect! Price is competitive, but they're not pushy. They can also direct you to other operators if this tour doesn't suit you and you fancy something a bit more upscale (and they let you know what you're supposed to pay). All in all, we highly recommend this stay!

The hostel is nicely located inside the Fort. The room has a touch a good taste with the decoration, matching the style of the house. And even had a gorgeous view of the Fort and the city from the window. They have a great rooftop where I relaxed and enjoyed the sunset ... and the breakfast ... and dinner. Yesss the food! Raju (the cook) prepares really delicious meals. Cheese Naan was my favourite. If it gets bit cold on the rooftop, there is a nice common open area next to the kitchen to lay and chill with other travellers. I had a great time chilling with the guys working/helping in the hostel. Ha-lucky (he is running this place) is a master! He is always helpful, gentle, with his friendly smile, making you feel comfortable ... man you work a lot !!! He even picked me up (for free) from the bus stand. Thanks for everything, your hostel and your vibe made my time in Jaisalmer one of the best moments I experienced in India. Big hug and hope to see you all again.

Very beautiful building and I really loved my room there. Great value and great food up in the rooftop cafe. Management a bit chaotic but definitely loveable in the end :)
