When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

It requires maintenance room conditions and bathrooms require regular maintenance Housekeeping staff supportive but the property condition requires maintenance/upgrade At time of checking on Sunday rooms were not ready there were housekeeping staff that day. Shrikant himself has to run around and make the arrangements. He is very good
It’s an excellent location. Some of staff specifically Srikant and Martin very helpful very caring customer friendly.

Hot water was available only for half bucket in shower. Later only cold was coming.
It was clean though, but soap, shampoo nothing was given. Water was not kept had to ask for it. Employees were kind enough and polite.

Elevator wasn't working so u have to climb 3 floors everytime. U don't get food..but u have options around the place.
Room was clean and if u just want to go and sleep, it is a decent place.

old hotel nearly zero maintenance, bathrooms needs urgent touch ups and repairs. Beds and bed sheets needs more good maintenance. Need to offer bottled water. Room Key activation "every time you go out" sucks and very irritating. This needs urgent fix as well.
Reasonable price, large rooms good location great food choices around , closer to IT offices. You get what you pay for, do not keep high expectations. Staff are nice and supportive. Free coffee /tea maker, and packs to make tea or coffee. Also at good price in that area.

The rooms always smell of insecticides. Rooms could also be much cleaner for the cost.
They gave me quite an early checkin. This is my second time staying here, and this room was cleaner than last time. But there are still no toiletries provided, and the towels and bathroom definitely need to cleaned and upgraded much more.

It feels like the owners have stopped caring about the property. The bathroom fittings are rusty, electric kettle is broken; cups are stained so you don't feel like using them. They didn't even have proper bed in my room - just stacked bed mattresses over each other to pass on as bed. Not impressed!
Staffs were ok, courteous enough.... although without any breakfast or in-room dining, the interactions were really limited. Location was great - in fact the only saving grace.

The rooms are not maintained properly as the property appears very old and needs overhaul. Reception area, bed , furniture all appears needing desperate maintenance and cleanliness. Bathrooms are also need more refinement. The rooms has windows but since they kept closed all the time, the rooms smells bad, they spray perfume to cover it up but does not help much.
Great Location - Good Staff who listen to you and attend accordingly - easy access to restaurants, transport, for my work location and relatively good traffic road. Coffee / tea options & free 1 ltr water and kettle, provided. AC working fine. Spacious room , many shelves a table and 2 chairs , mini fridge. Hot water available all time, and good. Good Wide windows and blinders curtains

The cleanliness aspect of the room/bathroom could have been better. Very few toiletries were provided.
The hotel's location was very strategic, near to all the action points in Sarjapur Road. The room was ideal for one person. Bed was clean.

Don't get cheated by the photos.. Phones won't work.. u need to walk to reception for any request.. previously used water bottles were there when I checked in.. my bedsheet was torn and burnt inside.. only use if you just wanna get ready and go out..
