Location is far from City centre raods are very bad shape, lot of potholes, traffic congestion etc.

In room no 715. The A/C was not at all functioning well because when we slept I was feeling so hot and feeling suffocating. The location also was really bad because too much of traffic is there and even too much of air and noise pollution. Rest of it was fine.

The breakfast was really awesome. Even the lunch was also really good, The view from our room also was great. Even Hyatt centric Hebbal is very close to the airport not that far which I like it. The staff also was very courteous and polite.

This was one of the best personalized experience received by me so far. The hand-written welcome note alongwith amazing chocolates in the room already made my day :-) . On top of it, I really liked the personal attention and care offered by each staff member at the buffet breakfast. All such little gestures made my short stay much more comfortable and memorable. Food was also nice. Only one thing I missed there was a lawn or garden to take a night walk or do morning yoga. So, overall a 10/10 for the staff & food and a 9/10 for the property :-)

An excellent selection to suit all preferences. The team is fantastic, especially Zeli at the Cosmo Restaurant. She is exceptionally professional, kind, and friendly — a true credit to both the hotel and the hospitality industry. Absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff specifically Zeli, Akriti & Tanya went above and beyond — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

AC temperature control struggle to set desired temperature

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at your hotel. Everything was well-arranged, and the hospitality extended to us made our visit very special. A special mention to Mr. Arnak Kundu, who was exceptional in his warm greetings and always went above and beyond to assist us. His professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression—we sincerely regret missing the opportunity to thank him personally during our checkout. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the restaurant staff and the manager. Their kindness, attentiveness, and helpful nature added to the overall charm of our stay. Every meal was made more enjoyable by their courteous service. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

The room was bit small. The desk / table could hardly accommodate a laptop and few more items. The AC did not allow us to control the temperature initially and technicians had to correct it. There was only single small drawer to keep any items

The king suit was lovely. Nice bath and plenty of space. Worth asking for help when connecting to Netflix and streaming shows as it's not easy to figure out. Staff are wonderful. The pool is cool which is nice and refreshing.
