Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. KuwaitThe reception staff when we arrived at dawn said the rooms are fully booked except for a suite room available, knowing that there are rooms on the Booking app but he wanted us to pay the price of the suite and when we completed the reservation through the app he said check-in is at 2 pm and we arrived at dawn and here the manager intervened and helped us with the reservation and check-in, my advice is to book through the app and be there at the check-in time because some employees take advantage of the customer at the late hour
