Roads to the property are poorly maintained. The rooms didn’t get vacuumed properly on the third day

Its was little bit interior and too expensive. We had stayed in other properties of Hyatt before but this was way expensive according to the rooms . We took an upgrade to include balcony in the room but seating was not comfortable and rooms were very average

It was spacious and staff was very polite. Staff members made sure that we were comfortable as we were with an infant . Big Shoutout to Devender who insisted on celebrating my husband’s birthday and made it special also he kept on getting us new food options everyday .

Tariff was on higher side and Swimming pool temperature was not maintained as per the Five star hotel standard, so could not do swimming with my family.

This property is special because of their staff. Accommodating, professional, kind, genuine and communicative. Chef Mohit makes the best idli one can have. Ashish, Sita, Jaya, chef davinder…thank you for the hospitality…see you soon!!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff were wonderfully attentive and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. It was our anniversary and they went out of their way to spoil us. The hotel facilities were very good and the food fabulous.

We were welcomed warmly with traditional Pahadi cap. We were in a Club room and enjoyed the facilities of the Lounge in the evening. The view from the Lounge is superb. We also visited the nightclub Beyul and Beyond. Exceptional vibe, music and location. All the staff bend backward to look after all your needs. The buffet breakfast is humungous. There's nothing that they don't have. All in all a super stay.

Few stuffs manner

The scenic beauty and the food. Neha, the ground manager, arranged a cake for our anniversary, which I would truly appreciate. Chef Devendra, pradesh and amal were courteous and encouraged us to try out a few local dishes as well. Room service stuff was a bit disappointing as they didn't greet or communicate properly. Rest our stay was fine.

Everything was extraordinary! First and most important - the hotel staff was the best we've ever met. All were wellcomming, helpful and willing to help in all we needed. The hotel is located a little far from Dehradon Center, but transportation is available in all hours, and the special location is in the middle of a green forest. All facilities were superb - dining ereas, swimming pool, bars. The room was very well equipped. All in all, we had a great vacation!

For a 5 star property small details like lack of plates to keep the used tea bags, odour in the bathroom etc needs to be addressed.

Service extended by Chef Pradeep Singh who took care of dietary preferences was exceptional. Also Madan who accompanied is on the trip to Rishikesh for the Aarti was outstanding.

Nice hotel - location is good - quite Food spread at breakfast and dinner (buffet) was fantastic. The staff was friendly and professional. The trek arrangement is superb and Varun (guide) was knowledgeable. RJ ( concierge) at the front desk was very helpful.
