Not clean at all. Room cleaning was awful. Dirty towels refill, glasses not changed. Stains on furniture.

I had selected this hotel based on earlier experience with Ibis/Novotel where personal driver was able to stay with the car and had access to a dorm/facilities. In this case the hotel did not allow my family driver to stay with car even for parking - so I had to spend additional to arrange for driver accommodation and a safe car park. I understand the property rules, but it would really help if it was clearly mentioned on the booking page.

Though the location is listed as BKC , mumbai, its just about adjacent to BKC at best. Also, its location is listed wrongly in Google maps and does not take you to their location. I spent a good 90 minutes getting there from a wrong location, thanks to Google. The breakfast was quite adequate, without being sumptuous. They could add more fruit to the breakfast menu. On the whole, a good stay.

The location was great for me to get my work done with very less travel. The staff is very helpful, they went out of the way to make sure of our comfort during the stay.

Hotel's location is good. Right on the main road. Property is new. We got a nice room with a view overseeing the airport. We could see planes landing. Room was very comfy. Not too large, just the adequate size. Room service and cleanliness is excellent. Buffet breakfast was very good. Overall a very good experience.

Had a very comfortable stay here at Ibis. The service was incredible. Any request made was met within a couple of minutes. It was nice to see the management greeting us always with a smile. We felt welcomed. Thank you.

I booked the hotel for overnite but I was told that your bookin is only for 6 hours I dont kbw why this happened wherein I selected proper checkin and checkd out dates.

While arriving they told me there is glitch in booking com and my stay is for day only and not for night so i cant check in and if i wanna check in i have to pay 11k and they left me drained in middle of city at 10 pm at night while i booked for a day on booking com .. its not my fault whether booking com glith or ibis glitch . I ws not alloted a room and left in middle of city withouth any accomodation

Services is bad, there was not toiletries and dental kit in bathroom. I request for the same but they didnt provide. In morning breakfast was bad, only two items “dhokla and poha” both were not good to eat. I request for tea, and after waiting for 20 min. I left without having it.

More vegetarian variety in food menu for in room dining. I understand its fixed at the whole chain level for consistency but for travelers like me who stay for many days, it gets boring very quickly.

Breakfast was good, but not of IBIS standard. No fresh juices were provided, only cut fruits were there, it would have been better if you provided whole oranges or banana, breakfast buffet scattered on small tables across the lounge, chances of missing the items of interest were more. Tea coffee was way outside. Refilling of normal tea bags delayed; leftover were green tea or chamomile tea. Service in breakfast restaurant very slow, putting cutlery till 7 O'clock though bf started at 6:30 am. Two people booked for stay however dental kits etc were provided for only one person. Complained to housekeeping but of no avail. Nothing came till our check out. Please keep a water jug in the room. The water bottles contain so little of water in them.

Breakfast timing from 6:30 am suited many. Items were good like egg station or dosa etc. Spacious restaurant, good spread. Very neat and clean room, comfortable stay.
