Shortage of Staff, I couldn't even call at reception to slove any of problems.I had to go down to reception to facilitate me.

Knowing that the booking was in advance for a family, conjoining rooms should have been made available. With decent capacity, unavailability was not a question.

It was total chaos in terms of handling the bookings. My family was provided room on higher floor where it was all cigarette smoking smell. Family with kids should never be given such rooms.

The electronic room keys became non functional / operative frequently which required us to get them replaced or rectified 3 times . Slow service for our meals in the evening hours . Room rent paid while checking in did not reflect in the bill while checking out !

Efficient check in. Very well furnished rooms provided with required amenities. Colourful lobby and large screen TVs all around to watch latest Champion Trophy 🏆 matches . Courteous and well dressed staff . Good menu for buffet breakfast at the Spice It. Packed breakfast provided in view of early morning departure . Overall a pleasant stay as in all other IBIS hotels that we have stayed at in the past . Special mentions : Chef Shubham . Security staff Ms Sadhna in particular for assisting my wife to get into the Car everytime while leaving the Hotel and arranging a cake as my wife was celebrating her birthday .

The rooms were not ready , until post check in time. The food portions were not value for money. Breakfast was decent, spread could be better. We were given a room on the smoking floor, whenever we stepped out and back the entire room would smell of smoke.

Firstly it was 9 km away from Sula vineyards. It showed that it was 5.5 km which was misleading. The hotel is very basic. There's no valet for parking. Essentially a no frills place. For the price I felt, it was not worth it at all. The breakfast was also very okish. The coffee machine wasn't working. The food options were limited. They had limited staff. There was only one senior-ish staff who came to our help. The rest were very clueless interns. In the room there was only one pair of slippers . As it was cold I called for another one. The staff said that it will be chargeable! I had to ask how they could keep just 1 pair of slippers for a twin sharing room. Even then the staff spoke to her supervisor and only after that sent the slippers. They keep their dental kits in the cupboards instead of the washroom. Which was weird. Over all it felt like it was a Hostel++, not a hotel as such.

It's a clean Hotel and room. We had a late check-in as we were reaching after leaving from Sulafest. I was worried about losing the booking but the staff assured me and ensured that my booking was honoured.
