IndiaBathroom is poorly designed and furnished. The furniture in the room and balcony could be improved. Restaurant is not a proper running one. One has to order everytime in advance . Staff untrained in hospitality. The food otherwise is reasonable. The rating in Booking.com must be manipulated. No way it can have a better rating than Sonar Bangla in Taki.

IndiaThe shower in the bathroom was just not working. Proper investigation of all rooms and necessary repair/servicing/cleaning are required frequently. The person who is manning the reception and accounts does not know the booking norms and/or policy of the Booking.Com. We booked for 6 adults + 1 child, but he tried to prove 6 adults + 1 Extra adult. He requires more and proper training. Moreover he does not have a pleasant personality for manning the reception and/or dealing with hotel guests.
Staff and service no question. The food was very good but the options were limited. Lack of staff. Professional management should be there for more satisfactory services.

The location, staff, service and food were very good. This is a 4 story property, with lobby, office and restaurant in the ground floor. In order to get the best view, I would recommend the future guests to request for one of these rooms #: 106, 107, 108, 206, 207, 208, 306, 307, 308.

India1. We booked a suite @ INR 14K per night. But it was not at all a suit. A big single room of approx 30X15 sqft (including two toilets)... like a dormitory. 2. Food quality is not up to the mark as per the cost. 3. break fast option is only either puri bhaji or bread butter egg.... on other options. 4. Toilets are not up to the mark. 5. Check out time is odd at 10:00 am. 6. facilities are at per of 2 star or below quality. 7. Its not worth paying 14K (12K room charge + 2K Tax) per night.
