We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We went to stay for 1 night and booked for one queen size bed through booking.com , when my partner went to check in they provided twin sharing room - two single bed . We connected with Booking.com irrespective of showing email confirmation and getting emails from booking.com executive they denied us a room with Queen size bed and we have to continue with twin sharing room. Perthitic reception staff .

IndiaWhen it comes to the list of things we didn't like, of course the list is long. The female staff at the counter was very rude and I cannot imagine how she is still in job after behaving to customers in the hotel industry. The money charged for a deluxe room was humongous compared to the size of the room for a family of three. The photos on the website are misleading showing a bigger and more spacious picture. The hotel being on the roadside gives you quite sleepless nights and you don't need alarms to get up. You will be woken up suddenly by the honking of the vehicles. The rates of the hotel are outrageous compared to the market. Don't understand on what basis they are charging so much.
The first stay at ICON was good and we thought our time would go well there. The only thing is that the day was saved by attitude of staff like Purandhar Patra and Hemant who were very helpful.

IndiaTV doesn't work for some unknown reason and wifi is pretty slow.
The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and quite. I like the bed and showers with hot water. The location of the hotel is also very accessible to metro, auto and bus stations.
