We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaFor all the three days small towels not available. Few large towels are very old. Even envelope is not available for invoice. On booking.com they mentioned that one day advance is required, But I received message after booking that advance for both the the days is required. When I enquired about it, I received unprofessional reply that it is an automated message.

IndiaVery poor service. I asked for water bottles which arrived after repeated reminders .It took 30 minutes to get the water. Early morning, it was enough to spoil the mood. And it was only water that I requested for. Pathetic . For a double occupancy room, only one towel is kept, no hand towels, one tea mug, and tea and other pouches for 1 person only. If one asks for more, it takes ages. It sometimes feels they take guests for granted.The room service number never gets picked up so we need to call reception every time. I had to go down to reception at 1 am to get water, as at the reception no one picked up the phone. It is totally unacceptable.

IndiaNo wifi connection, staff didn't respond very well. I called them thrice to bring toiletries and water, but no one came even after calling that much. Food which I ordered was very bad and so much oil was there, also the chapati was older and not cooked well.

The location being good , the service this time was much better . Water was given in plenty , response to calls was better . The food was good and delivered promptly Mr Shekhar was always helpful and courteous

While the facilities at the hotel were somewhat average, I will rate very very highly about the staff behaviour and hospitality.... More specifically, I would like to mention the Front Desk Manager - Mr. Shankar. He was extremely helpful and courteous during his interaction... His diligence in attending or responding to customer requests were highly appreciable and friendly... Wishing Shankar and all your staff members a very bright and successful future....

United KingdomThe initial room we were given had leaking taps, non-functional geyser, broken safe lock, and a not-working AC. After a long time of trying maintenance moved us to a different room. Some issues were fixed, but not all. We stayed for over 24 days, and were still treated like non-important guests. When we ran out of drinking water, they would say restaurant is closed, we dont have water; there was not even an additional key to the room. The AC required servicing for it to work. Basically everything needed the help from maintenance department to work.
The location is great. Walking distance from DLF Cyberhub. Easy commute to most of Gurgaon. The maintenance and housekeeping staffs are great. Instant response to every call. The security is perfect. The hotel is inside a secure compound and also has its own security.

India1. Towels were dirty. Even after repeated requests, dirty stained towels were sent. 2. Pillows cover were stained and not changed upon arrival. They changed it upon request, but the colour was brown and foul smelling. 3. Water bottles were sold more than MRP. Airport and other locations have a marked up MRP and its fine. but, selling a Rs 20 MRP water bottle for 36 is not. If you are gonna charge premium atleast have MRP changed.
