We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWifi keep on getting disconnected from TV if left idle for a long time No facewash Only 1 small body lotion provided. Pool timings only till 7 PM. Considering the heat in NCR, people usually comes out by 5:30, needs to be till 8. No drinks at the pool.
Have got wifi issues with the TV. No face wash in the bathroom, thankfully the TV have got Netflix and all OTT's. Very good AC, all rooms comes with a city view. Polite & helpful staff.

IndiaThe offer said its 1+1 on cocktails but they didnt provide any cocktail after multiple enquiryt the staff said at the time of checkout you can take mocktails instead of cocktails. Soft mini bar was free but didnt have anything in the bar.

IndiaThe cost of the place is a bit too much on booking.com. However you can book it for cheaper rates on other platforms.
The place is well maintained with courteous and polite staff. They accommodate last minute requests and are very prompt in their service. The food is delicious and has a lot of variety.
