The timing of the breakfast and dinner. They start only at 8am and 8pm respectively. For most tourist attractions you must leave by 8:30 to avoid the traffic and crowd and it becomes difficult to have breakfast and the leave. It would be good if they change it 7am and 7pm

The property was very good and comfy. Food was very tasty and one to keep in mind is it's a veg restaurant.

The stay was good and rooms were clean. It was as it looks in the pic. Food is very good and it’s a complete veg food. Only issue I had with the place was their breakfast starts at 8am and most cab drivers insist on starting by 8:15 to visit the place to beat the traffic and with breakfast starting at 8 it becomes difficult to have breakfast at the hotel. It would be good if they start by 7:30 am

The room conditions are poor.The heater is too small for a big room.The paint works are pretty poor.It was like done in a hurry.I mean 6500 everynight anyone should expect more .The main problem is their non availibility of Nonveg foods in the inhouse restaurants.

The location.the exterior of the property and the views are too good.At a congested place like Darjeeling this hotel is a must look out for the tourists who wants to be at a place where things are distant from the crowd and ofcourse have to mention the view of Kangchenjunga.It was memorising.

Room could have been cleaner, not up to the mark for a 4 star property.

The location and view from the property is very good. The terrace area is quite large and ideal for kids to run around. A 5 star rating for the staffs, they were amazing. Buffet breakfast were also very good quality and enough options for everyone.

Toilet - no shower curtains in the toilet. Makes the whole toilet wet while having a shower. Also one wall facing outwards had a glass window with no curtains. Due to this the toilet had no privacy. Curtains need to be put on these windows

The room we checked into for first night was in terrible condition with plaster peeling & falling out from ceiling to bed/ floor. We had 3 rooms- one was changed, but the other 2 remained as is- appeared like no one inspected or cleaned up before allotting. We complained to the manager next morning & he was very kind to promptly change our rooms to better ones on a different floor. The next 2 nights were very comfortable. We are happy the manager took immediate action.

Breakfast was excellent, but was only vegetarian- no eggs etc.

I think..the hotel must it self have to arrange cabs .. for their client .. because we don’t get cabs from the location .. as it’s walkable distance to mall road ..but due to ups and downs ..its difficult to walk ..

View of K2..and the prime location .. I think no other hotel in Darjeeling will be having this view,next the rooms and the property its value for money .. 100 percent its worth .. each and everything no drawbacks ,you will really enjoy your stay ..
