The hotel is beautiful and full of character, with its original architectural features wonderfully preserved. The spa is absolutely stunning , calm, luxurious and relaxing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly attentive, and we want to give a special mention to Annad, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. Thank you! You are a true gem !!!!

United StatesThey need to dehumidify - too much mold in the air and musty smell. The AC were running full blast but did not do anything to control the humidity. I also think the thermostat did not let us change to 'Auto'. So we had to use the 'Low ' setting.
Attentive staff at the restaurants. Great food and variety. The guide and tourist services offered were very good.

IndiaSome areas of the hotel does not have elevators, so I had difficulty using my kid's stroller
I took this hotel just for the two pool areas, but I also ended up enjoying the whole property with all the gardens and the fountains. It is quite close to taj mahal, and not too far from Agra fort so the city tour was hassle free. The breakfast buffet is also something to look forward to, if you stay in this place.

AustraliaThe staff were oversolicitous. It was hard to move without someone opening a door or greeting you which was a little overpowering. The location was nothing special - driving is required to reach the Taj and the Taj is only visible from the hotel observatory.
Large room, very clean. Excellent breakfast included with many different cuisines. Lovely gardens including two swimming pools.

United KingdomThere wasn’t lift access to the rooms and some areas which makes it tough to get around with a buggy.
Comfortable rooms and beds. We managed to get interconnecting rooms which was helpful for looking after children. ITC were able to provide two cots which was great. Lovely breakfast selection - caters for all needs. And nice atmosphere when just hanging around the hotel. Nice grounds and swimming pools. Very convenient for getting to and from the Taj Mahal - a short 10 minute drive.

KuwaitFirst, the hotel requires a copy of the entry visa to India to check in foreign guests. This was not mentioned in Booking.com's small script. Thanks to Mr. Anand for his help in this. Second, the bathroom fixtures are old and really need an update.
Hotel has beautiful gardens. Staff were very well trained: professional yet friendly. The room was also comfortable.

Good Spread of delicious food . Chef and serving staff extremely courteous. We were personally served by Mr Umar - veteran steward for 35 years at this Hotel . All other staff Mr Gajender also very polite , smiling and caring . Had the opportunity to meet Mr Rajesh Miller - GM -, a very pleasant person who is regularlly on round supervising the operations .
