Location and cleaning was not good... As compared to the prices it should be good 1 broken kettle was kept with 1 tea bag...not worth for money..

The facilities of the rooms were bit outdates. We ordered dinner and the meals were bit expensive and food was average. We travelled during winter time and no heating facility in the room. At temperature nearing 2C night was uncomfortable and couldn't manage with few blankets. There was no view at all all to our room which was just next to dining hall.

The Hotel needs Renovation. Some Cons :- 1) The Room had no telephone facility for service/ order. 2) The Included break fast was not in buffet style. 3) Not to the expectation, but HOW & WHAT TO EXPECT MORE on such a budget deal (Pros.).

Although the property is Old and needs Renovation but considering the room rent they charged, they can't be criticized. The room (no. 29) provided to us was quite big and almost matched with the photos on booking.com (Deluxe Double Room). *Can't say for other rooms*. The staff, specially, Mr. Chotey Singh was very helpful. Some Pros :- 1) Location-wise Good. Located approximately 200 meters from the Mall road. 2) Safe and budget friendly. 3) Attentive and co-operative Staff. 4) Cleanliness Ok (for our wing of the Hotel). 5) Pet-friendly.

Fan and exhaust fan not working. There are not cloth hangers in the room. Not even in the wardrobe. also floor mats not good for bathroom. There is no mesh for window. Monkey will come inside the room.

It was quit tough to find routes of the hotel. Its quite far from library chowk in mussorie

Here is the list: 1. Quilts bed sheets and pillow covers, super filthy. They said the’re washed but We had to adjust because we had no other options. 2. When you serve prantha with breakfast, either butter or curd is complementary, sometimes both are. In here, neither of them Were complimentary, they forced us to play and 50 bucks for a cube of butter. 3. Bathing water could only cater one person at a time, the water actually took 30 minutes to heat up and another 20 minutes to fill up the bucket.

It proximity to the mall road. The staff is good but not cooperative when we ask for the service.
