Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was an overall pleasant experience.. earlier the ac was not working properly,but the person on reception Mr Ankur Singh take utmost care to make our stay pleasant, by getting it repaired and providing al the basic amenities at times. Location is perfect,it s on main road so taxi, auto, eating joints are nearby.. breakfast provided was very good. Housekeeping staff was also nice.they make sure to change linens everytime... Nice and peaceful area. Also with good vibes .

Total lack of Professional approach to running the hotel. The lackadaisical way they run it may not be sustainable.
Breakfast was a horror. One morning they gave 4 luchi and a boiled egg! Unbeatable. Water bottles were some local spurious stuff. The staff are dumb because they couldn't understand simple requests. Tea bags and milk and sugar were chargeable

Hotel rooms were ok, but the rest of the hotel seem to be bedraggled. Before arriving at the hotel, you will be bombarded by Whatsapp messages on your phone for your arrival time and pre payments. We read it afterwards, because we have no internet on our phones and we log in into wifi spots only. But 10 messages during one day is too much. Trains in India have delays and it is hard to predict when you will arrive exactly. That was a little bit annoying.
Sleeping Room was ok, as well as the bathroom. Hotel was clean. The hotel is located close to a noisy road, but it is possible to sleep there. Aircon worked good.

1.leaky bathrooms and on mentioning the issue the staff first came in the middle of the night and then said it will be done in the morning Next day when we again came back the bathroom was still leaking and when asked they mentioned that since it was a Sunday no one was available. 2. Passages on all the floor was dirty some tissue papers and other things were fallen down 3. Surprisingly when I had booked this, immediately I got 2 calls from fraudsters asking me to do booking offline and later they went absconding. It was just that I had not fallen for these guys otherwise there would have been a problem

The hotel is advertised by the fab hotel portal. They kept on sending me messages to pay half or full payment even though my booking agreement was to pay at the property. I called booking.com and they told me not to. I am so glad as the place is a dump. The rooms were big enough but dirty. The breakfast was served into the rooms but it was hard to eat inside the rooms as it was dirty. Even though the website said it was closer to park street, it was but close to the area that was also a dump. We only stayed there two nights and got out of the place and found another which was very central to park street. Wifi was good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also there was an offer saying the airport pick up was free. I reeved that as well, and our flight was 3.5 hrs delayed due to weather. I communicated with the driver as soon as I knew about the delay, but when he dropped us off he asked us to pay Rs1500.00. We did not as I had proof of all the whatsapp communication. This was another scam by the fab hotels or some business association.
Staff was very friendly, especially the reception during the day.

Without informing They canceled the booking. Whenever I reached the room already cancelled by them. But on booking.com the room is available. Finally I loss by car rental and search another hotel for stay.
