Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. IndiaTotally lousy property. Cheating of customers by booking as service apartment. Even pedestrians cannot reach the hotel. Hotel booking is Square Plaza but you will not find the name displayed outside or anywhere. Cleanliness and housekeeping is below to worst ranking. Washroom is totally slippery and water stagnates in washroom. TV doesn’t work and in fact no remote available. Stinking smell. Overall this property should be removed from your listing.

United KingdomThe worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in my life. The taxi driver was late to pick me up, and I was a female traveller alone waiting at 1am for pickup. When I arrived the staff were rude, the price for the airport pickup was way overpriced too. I asked them to organise a taxi for me to take me back to the airport in the morning & they said they would. I got to my room, there was a cluster of hair in the bathroom, cockroaches in the room and nothing looked that clean. By then it was around 2am and I had to be up for my flight in a couple hours, I laid down fully clothed in the bed not wanting to touch the sheets but also so exhausted from my day of travelling. In the morning I went downstairs to meet the taxi driver that was supposed to be there and had to wake up the reception staff who was lying on the couch in reception sleeping and ask him to order my taxi. They kept telling me they didn’t have enough change for my payment and tried to make me take a bunch of water bottles instead of payment. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. From start to finish it was a horrific experience

PolandNaphthalene balls (for killing bathroom odours) were used in such excess that I developed nausea and almost vomited by the end of my fortunately very short (3h) stay. I used the room only for a very short layover between my connecting flights. The smell of naphthalene was impossible to get rid of, as the room effectively had no windows and thus no air circulation or exchange. The staff at the reception was very loud in the middle of the night, making a lot of noise, making it difficult to rest in the short time given.
The check in was efficient. There's a working elevator. Restaurant dishes can be ordered by phone. The reception organised me an airport taxi that was pretty much on time at a very early hour. Not far from the airport, albeit being on this (Northern) side of the road it is easier to get here from arrivals than get to departures, so take this into consideration. I left a thing at the hotel and it was no problem to sort this out - the hotel kept my thing for a 10 days, after which I picked it up, so thank you for that to the staff.

IndiaDon't go by the photos not even a single room is as per the photos. The location is the worst in some galli just because it is close to the airport people can stay over here. I would recommend taking a stay here if there are no females in your group. The entire hotel stinks as they have kept garbage boxes between the floors. Booking.com should review the hotel authenticity especially as per the photos that are present on the website.
