1. I ordered 2 tea in the evening over phone which they have not delivered to the room. Since I was in rush, I did not get time to follow it up as well. I would expect them to deliver without any follow-ups. 2. The bed was too soft, hence, it was not very comfortable to sleep. But it is still manageable.

Property was in a nice location, a little bit away from city makes it more enjoyable. No traffic, no parking issues. Checkin was smooth, nice clean rooms. They have a good swimming pool and indoor gaming areas. Stafff behaviour was good. Family friendly, food taste was decent. Morning breakfast was excellent.

We did not get the quieter and peaceful environment we were expecting. A large group of tourists was nonstop shouting and yelling. Even at the restaurant during breakfast, it was pure chaos. I wish they cared for other guests' comfort as well. It's not the resort's or the staff's fault, but our stay would have been much better if there had been less noise. The breakfast was not as we expected. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. They provided more items, but the taste could've been better. The separator glass in the bathroom was leaking, and there was rust or mold where it was fixed.

The resort's location is excellent. It is not too far from the city but is in a very calm and quiet area. The lush greenery made it more attractive. The atmosphere was cool. The room was spacious enough for a family of three. There were many leisure activities for children and adults.

The Check-in staff did not return the Adhaar card which was presented to them as ID proof. After several phone calls to courier the same to my address, they have not yet responded.

I had an amazing experience staying, during my trip to Mysore. The Resort is located in a peaceful and green area, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the biggest highlights was the delicious food served at the Resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Jal Mahal Resort, Mysore. The location is excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was warm and welcoming. Food quality was superb with a good variety of delicious options. Highly recommended for a relaxing family vacation!

We had initially booked our stay through Booking.com at a better price, but upon arrival, the property cancelled our existing booking on technical error. As a result, we were forced to make a fresh booking on the spot and pay nearly twice the amount that was originally confirmed online. Additionally, we had to call multiple times to follow up on housekeeping and restaurant requests, which were not proactively addressed. The food quality was disappointing, and the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly—it operated only on a single mode. We also attempted to contact the General Manager to raise these concerns, but there was no response. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.
