The basin and bathroom were not in proper condition.

When we arrived at the homestay, the rooms were clean and rhe staffs was also cooperative. The food we get in the rooms was also nice . Overall everything was pleasant.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Mosquito machine and a bat was available which I used myself to escape from the menace. Also beware of monkeys. Don't keep the doors open. The property doesnt have a lift. The host offers to arrange for picking and dropping at the station even at odd hours. But the charges are too much compared to outside.

Since we were a big group, there wasn't enough pillows for all of us. But again the staff managed it once informed. The location of this home stay is also in a locality under construction, so it felt a little silent the whole time and a little strange while we were going there. But it is really near the temples around.

I liked the staff there who catered to our every need, even managed a car for our big group to travel to another state. Moreover, the food was tasty, we had simple Daal, Bhaat and Tarkari.

The room size is very small. My cousins got a normal sized room and my room is like a 6 feet wide shelf. The place is bit remote for new comers. Only their e rikshaw wala can take you there. Monkey menace is another problem. The owners did whatever they could do in this regard but lot of monkeys were sitting outside the place. No attached bathroom. You have to share it with other room. This is a problem for ladies in the night. We have not faced any security issue but coming out from the room in the midnight to use washroom is a problem. This is not a hotel. This is a homestay. Pls keep it in mind and get ready to get adjusted to the circumstances stated.

The manager of the place, Ms Renu ji is very courteous. We have requested for late check in and late check out. She positively agreed. As the place is not easily mappable, we requested for an auto and they arranged. The care taker at the place is very good. The price is low. Just 1.5km away from Ram janmabhoomi.

The behavior of the helper or assistant was weird and found not welcoming. .Inspite of booking a room with attached washroom, the helper offered the room without attached washroom. The outside washroom was not maintained.

So first thing for which we faced the issue was water flow. The water flow pressure was very low like it took around 15 min to fill the bucket. Then another thing that can be improved is cleanliness, the washroom was not very clean as per the hotel/homestay standards. Also there were too many insects in the balcony and from somewhere they were coming in the room. I understand that the city is still developing and so is the homestay and I have full faith in the owner that going forward these issues won't be there.

The first thing I liked was how supportive the staff was in everything, like the owner was easily accessible on mobile, he even provided the attendant mobile number, a canteen mobile number and someone's number who runs e-rickshaw all this before I started my journey. The homestay is approx 1 km from ram janambhoomi which you can cover on foot The room I booked was provided with AC, private bathroom and a balcony. The attendant shailendra bhaiya was also of a very humble nature, and we ordered breakfast from the canteen which was also good in taste. If you are looking to stay with your friend group for a couple of days within budget I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking to stay for a day or two, this may not be the right place. The bathroom and toilet is shared with another room/s and were not clean enough when we checked in at 5 am (although they were clean by the time we checked out at 12 noon). Lot of Mosquitoes, the water flow is very low and that's a problem!

Easily accessible, less than 5 minutes by auto/taxi to Rama Janmabhoomi Temple, value for the money if you're just looking for a place to freshen up and visit the temple (Not recommendable for family). The staff at the place is cooperative and supportive, he is enthusiastic about helping the guests and I have noticed how well he handles everyone.

the location isn't that well reachable, many auto drivers don't know this location (tough it's the closet to the temple), also finding any ride from the location is next to impossible!

place is very peaceful, facilities inside the homestay are fully available and accessible, the housekeeper was very polite and helpful.
