How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewCaretaker is very helpful, he picks us from station and arrange e-rickshaw for darshan, saryu aarti and drop service. The food prepared by him is very pure and fresh. Homely and delicious food. Actually, Kushal is like one man army. AC Rooms are well and laundary bedsheets & towels were provided. Toilet and rooms are clean, Looby area is spacious, I enjoyed walking after dinner in the colony.
Kushal told us to better to walk 300 meters upto tedhi bazar chauraha and take public accomodation @10-20 Rs/ride. But we opt for shuttle service/e-rickshaw &100 to 150, depends upon the distance. If anyone walks for 300-400 meters than its really a nice stay at cheper rate in comparison to its facilities.

Verified reviewBedsheets are clean, toilets are clean and dry, the whole property appears to be painted newly. It's really walkable, just 10-15 minutes walk from shri RamMandir. & 5 Minutes walk from Tedhi bazar chauraha. Food is good and guaranted pure veg, it is fresh as it is cooked fresh as per order. All the facilities like CCTVS, Security Gates, Stairs are fully covered to protect from monkeys,. TV AC free Wifi, fridge for free RO drinking water, And yes be careful as RO water is free but Mineral Water is chargeable and both are kept in same fridge, for easy and any time accessibility of guests. Nice hospitality thanks for our take care. 👍
Some time it takes time to cook food so better to order in advance., One day, when I came back from darshan around ,10 and ordered for food, accordingly the caretaker went to purchase vegitables and, the meal was served around11.30 . However, when I informed about my order at the time of leaving for darshan, I got my lunches n dinners in ,20-30 minutes.

Verified reviewWhen we arrived at the homestay, the rooms were clean and rhe staffs was also cooperative. The food we get in the rooms was also nice . Overall everything was pleasant.
The basin and bathroom were not in proper condition.

fake review, guest house is fully renovated. No issues in guest house, but yes there are monkeys, and as it's developing some construction work in surrounding was going on. RO water is free, but if u take Mineral bottles, tea, ☕, u have to pay to the caretaker.

Verified reviewVery bad experience! No proper facilities. They charge 2000, 3000, 4000 saying they are deluxe rooms, but the room size is 10/10, 7/9 with no facilities inside the room. No wardrobe, no side table. Other than for a double cot, there is no space to even keep your bag or luggage in the room. The water leaking from the fridge comes directly into the room. They charge extra for kitchen cleaning and gas when it is clearly included in the total fare. No towel, no mats in the property. No RO water facility. No kettle when asked for it. Booking. com has to send their team to personally go and check out the properties before listing them on the website.
