Basic amenities like geyser is not there. It will be better if they can install geysers. There is no lift in the property.

Property is near to the Varkala railway station. If you want to stay near to town then go for it. Cliff is around 4Km from property.

The price of room didn't match the facilities provided in room. Only 1 charging socket. The bathroom drain was clothed. Water was not draining. Window didn't had mosquito prevalent net to have a proper ventilation. No rope or stand provided to hang the clothes. The cupboard also didnt had lock for safety. During 3 days no cleaning service was offered. Overall I personally didn't find it worth the penny i used. Rooms

Bed Spreads were dirty, No hot water, Fan regulator was broken and it was at full speed- when I asked for some jugaad. No answer. Are they really worried about electricity bill even after charging handsome amount? Because only one switch board with just one charging socket provided. so we are supposed to charge only mobile phone in double bedroom. No lift in the building and no phone on the floor to call someone for help. There were missing items in room such as blanket and towel and I personally I had to climb down 2 floors to pick those from reception. And they charged 5k per night for such service.

I stayed at jaya tourist home from 22nd december to 23rd dec evening.The hotel's central location and modern amenities impressed me. The room was immaculate, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge.

The location is near to all facilities, prime silent location,spacious and clean rooms,staff is so polite and friendly, the owner is osm where she proveded me Hot water also when we asked.walkable from railway station, Aryas hotel 2 min from here excellent 👌 for vegetarian. Cliff and beach are 10 min travel, where u can travel through bus for just 10RS from the hotel itself. They also have rental bikes available.
