    95% of the room are twin single bed - which is recommended for couple - the bed move a part when attached together and not a comfortable stay for a couple

    There were lot of noise & the property is very old therefore not the 5 star facility & rooms that are there in any 5 star

    Don't like the twin bed for single occupancy. While booking I gave the option for a king size bed but I was allotted twin bed which is of no use for a single occupant.

    Reception staff need to be more receptive, unaware of the in-house offers inspite of showing the confirmation sheet Poor maintenance of the room ,small room,ill maintained closets,bathtubs all worn off ,not at all value for money ,not at all 5star facility, never recommend , better hotels available at similar rates

    It has been a while since it was renovated, I think it needs one. Also after my room was cleaned once, there was a really strong smell of cigarettes, I suspect the AC venting or the staff had just smoked before cleaning my room. Traffic noise was really loud.

    It’s a big and spacious hotel, my room was very spacious and comfortable. The location is good and reachable from the airport. The staff was quiet but friendly.

    Were some small flies in the bathroom Breakfast restaurant was on the small side Did not provide early packed breakfast contrary to assurances of 6 members of reception and restaurant on previous day. Had to argue with staff to receive something to eat. Very disappointing.

    Specifically requested for a single king sized/queen sized bed. Called the property beforehand to make sure this was done but it wasn't. They were very quick to reject the payment options via booking.com but not quick enough to meet the requirements of the guests.

    The room was not really clean, The beds were not good. The toilet could have been cleaner.

    The location was excellent. Near the Metro. Easy access to the airport via metro.

    The entrance and lobby are small

    The property location is very apt if one has to go to north or west Delhi

    Long check in process - front staff clearly do not speak to finance team Had to pay via the hotel payment portal as opposed it coming out from booking.com Moment we entered room and saw the bathroom we had to request that the bathroom be cleaned

    Restaurants were over priced for their offerings. The rooms are outdated compared to other hotels. There was a general added layer of complexity regarding any requests from the hotel.

    Absolutely filthy bathrooms though - haven’t been descaled in ages. Strange musty smell in the rooms

    Staff was v courteous. Basic but functional gym. Buffet breakfast and Patra restaurant both excellent.

    Everything, the staff were not very keen to have anyone as the guest, showing unclean rooms and outright lying taking me to a dungeon like twin sharing room with cigarette stench and saying that I have been upgraded to a club class room. A clear late check out was requested at the time of booking, but they pestered me to check out early, disturbed the program I was attending, but finally agreed to give a late check out which was due....
