BangladeshI booked 1 room for a day for 1000 RS. But when I reached their hotel they told me that this room was for 2 hours but I checked everything when I booked and set check-in and out time for 24 hrs. After discussion, they didn't agree and charged me an extra 700. So, keep it in your mind before your confirmation. And one more thing The room they gave me has no window.
The room and overall environment was clean.

IndiaI booked a family room and a triple room for my family through booking.com and requested for an early checkin as my train arrived early morning. They asked me to pay in advance which I did. They initially said the rooms are full inspite of have a confirmed booking which we confirmed over a he phone a day prior to arrival. Then they said they will provide two rooms adjacent and made us wait for an hour. Our concern was that we had three small kids. And they gave us different small triple rooms in two different floors and said we have to pay extra for family room. When we said we are willing to pay, they said the family room is only available four days later while we realised that the family room was vailable and was given to another customer. The service sucks. They even denied cleaning the room on the second day stating we are due for checkout when we paid for two days in advance. Totally absurd and unfriendly staff. Definitely won't recommend this place unless the staff is changed.
