Awesome stay and very well decorated. Have a separate living space with a balcony. We took a sea view room. You can view the sea from the bed itself. They have a restaurant just below the hotel. The food was yummy , however not many varieties of options. During our visit, there were great offers in Beer.

The only slightest criticism I have is the view from and location of my room. It was directly over the kitchen and toilets. But, for me rooms are just for sleeping in. If this is important to you, pay for the best rooms.

The location is absolutely amazing, literally on the beach. Staff were very attentive and polite.

The room was right above the bar / restaurant, which had live music that went on way past midnight. It was so loud that it felt like the singer was right there in my room. I knew there would be music, but I didn't know it would go on that late, and that it would be this loud. I thought this was very inconsiderate for the guests in the guesthouse. Also, this should have been made very clear at the time of booking.

Location is perfect, right at the beach. Also, you get to use the facilities at the Creek (i.e. a very large pool with sun beds). As I arrived early, they even let me use the pool before check-in, which was great. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The (nice) room is large, with a seperate area with a small sofa and the television (and a ceiling fan). Bedroom has A/C.

We stayed last night at Joet’s as we were flying out early from the airport today. It was a lovely place for a stopover as it was only 10 minutes or so up to the airport. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant overlooking the lovely beach and both meals were excellent. Very pleasant staff and they organised a 5am transfer to the airport for us for just 600 INR. Our beds were lovely and comfortable and we slept well. I would definitely recommend this lovely guesthouse if you need a convenient base near Dabolim Airport.

Lack of staff availability and only one AC for the entire unit . Could have had atleast a smaller ac also in the smaller room with sofa and tv . Atleast 2 ac's are required

Great location just by the sea. Food at the restaurant that is a part of the resort is delicious and the staff is friendly. Our apartment was clean and spacious. There was everything that you need during your stay. We had such an amazing experience and we will come back!

I loved the beach view from my room, it was refreshing to wake up to such a sight every morning. The convenience of having beach access within walking distance made my stay even more enjoyable. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Additionally, I appreciate the level of privacy offered, allowing me to relax without any disturbances.

Everything was Brilliant

Everything from arriving to leaving. The guesthouse was stunning the food was excellent the staff from FOH to the BOH were outstanding. First time down south and will be telling the world all about joets guest house. Ali and Lynn first time we met them who own the guesthouse and the coconut Grove Hotel were so friendly and helpful.
