- hospitality could be little more better -cleanliness could be better - no maintenance of the place - rooms looked old and dull - water seeping from the walls, not sure how - breakfast place is okish...cats running around with dead lizards can be seen.

While the property had a great location, clean rooms, and good food, my stay was marred by unruly neighbors in a nearby room on the night of December 30th. Unfortunately, the staff did little to address the situation, which disrupted the otherwise pleasant experience.

Resort was under renovation with smell of paint. Wifi was not available in the room. When we complained the request was also not looked into

Earlier in the beginning, they asked to cancel the booking from booking.com and do a direct booking from them. Very bad experience.... Management staff who are sitting in the office and at the reservation table were very rude and un professional. Rooms were not cleaned as expected, hidden charges were very high, we have to call for small - small things like for bucket, for hand-wash, for mosquito repellent as mosquito were very huge in hotel area, to change bedsheets as the said bedsheets are changed alternative days. During checkout, extra billing were put, and after the concern was raised, they removed it. They always have their excuses if something is wrong done by them. Kind advice don't go directly for breakfast in buffet. Pls do an advance booking or inform them while check-in.

There was nothing to like in the hotel. Their policy was only to cut pockets of guests.

Big and dangerous mosquitos , No hot water, No Cleaniness, Bad swimming pool, If you request anything they simply escape from there. Money minded people. Cheating with photos. Once you block this stay they will charge full amount. Don't go with photos.

The property is awesome for the family. The rooms are spacious and neat. The swimming pool is clean. The housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms regularly and nicely. The breakfast is exceptional. Everything is perfect. The location is brilliant. Would recommend this property to everyone

The property is located in the heart of Calangute! Absolutely convenient to travel to local spots. The property and the rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly and sweet! Being a solo woman traveler, I felt super safe and comfortable. Really looking forward to coming back to stay here again. :)

We booked 2 rooms here for 3 adults and 2 kids stayed here for 4 nights. And we have been to Goa plenty of times so had to write a review as this was the worse stay ever for us. We’ve had such horrible experience with the management the services the rooms you name it and there was an issue. 1. We travelled by car from Mumbai as we have a toddler with us we asked for early check in which was denied to us due to non availability of rooms which we thought was understandable and decided to dismiss it. 2. We opted for breakfast buffet. We went for the buffet the next morning asked for a cheese omelet for our 2 year old and were denied saying that cheese would cost us extra. Another joke in the name of buffet you hardly have 3-4 options with milk served cold and non brand coffee that tastes horrible. 3. They give one 500ml “complimentary” water bottle for each adult we asked them to let us have an extra bottle for the baby and guess what??? We were DENIED again saying that the bottles are “COMPLIMENTARY” and it’s the hotel policy they can’t give us another bottle. 4. When we were heading out for lunch we decided to give the room to clean. When we told them at the reception to get the rooms cleaned while we were away for lunch as once we are back it will be nap time for our kid we were told the room service works only between 1pm - 5 pm so they can’t assure us that the room will be cleaned before we are back from our lunch my husband still insisted on getting it done as it won’t be possible after we are back cause that would be a disturbance for our baby’s sleep. You guessed it right if you thought that the room weren’t cleaned when we got back. When we asked for a clean extra towel we were told the hotel is out of towels so they can’t give us 1 clean towel. 5. By now we’d had enough and decided to take it up with the manager. If we thought that the inconveniences we faced so far were worse we were in for a rude shock!!!

Pool was not so clean.i can give 7 out of 10 about cleanness of pool.most concern is electricity in that whole area I think.in a day u can say 10 to 20 times light gone.but also gud thing is they have a backup of generator.only thing I don't like of my room was view.

It was a gud experience overall.staff were so gud and humble.as per safety of pool was awesome great idea of puttting like a mate(don't know the exact word) in pool so the corner or tiles can't hurt you.

room was clean during checkin, however, housekeeping was poor. they didn’t clean my room even a single time during my 4 nights stay. I have to request towels & toiletries all the time, no proper maintenance. initially I was told to book housekeeping, so then I mentioned them over the phone to clean the next day. unfortunately didn’t happen. I marked to make my room the next day, even it didn’t happen. price is expensive for the service.
