India•They gave address of ARN residency, when i asked them about JS residency, they told it's the same property, name is yet to be changed. • Reached there at midnight, The building may looks very old, and the floors below the hotels were not hygienic at all and may feel a little scary at night when you use the stairs to hotel floor. •There's no elevator, You have to carry your luggages to upper floor on stairs. But, You don't have to worry, it may looks scary but there's nothing to be afraid of, The rooms above were new rooms and you'll have a comfortable stay there.
Well, ARN residency is where we had the stay. •Rooms were great and clean. •Newly built or renovated rooms. •Amenities such as Drinking water, Towel, Soap provided. •Friendly staff.

IndiaThe hotel setup and front look as it was hard to find/locate it from outside. The pathway entrance to it as it was located in second floor.
I am not sure if breakfast included in package. Even if not it's definitely value for money. The room was clean and neat. Had basic facilities and it's value is good for the money charged.

I did get directions from the hotel staff so managed to find the hotel eventually. The pictures are not representative of the room, which was much older than the ones in the pictures.
