Unhygienic, not clean, poor facility. Room was supposed to sleep 4 but single double bed only, hotel didn't provide any additional mattress, I had to pay for the mattress.

What we like about it was we got an early check in. And they couldn't of been more helpful. We had bicycles and they stored them and help us with washing them etc.

1. Overall, the property has a run down feel compared to two years ago when I had stayed and liked the property. Broken, chipped bits or fittings that do not function smoothly add to this feeling. Example - shower curtain rails which remind you that there once was a curtain and now there is a free passage from which the water can and does spill into the dry area of the bathroom. 2. Room key card did not work, they knew it and yet tried to pass that off as normal. Time and interventions wasted in addressing this. 3. No information given about WiFi. 4. Uneven steps from ground to the first floor. 5. Breakfast is decent but information about live counters was not given. 6. Hot water seems to be available only during morning hours. My complaint in this regard was not addressed.

A large group of other guests were talking too loud outside of their rooms until after midnight and it disturbed my sleep. It's too bad that the hotel manager could not do anything about it.

When I reached the hotel - my room was not reserved. I reached quite late from Malaysia and was tired. They didn’t seem to know what to do. After some messing around I was relocated to another of their properties about 1 km away for the night. I paid the Auto to get there. The manager at this property followed up with me the next morning and organised to get me back to MG road property. I did call your customer service Centre, and I’m sorry to say they were not helpful at all. It all worked out, they upgraded my room. BUT arriving after a long international flight I did not go to hear that the hotel was full and my booking was not registered. Very disappointing.

The housekeeping staff were amazing. They made our stay very comfortable and homey. 5 stars to them

The rooms felt old and a bit molded since the paintings were coming off in some corners. In some areas, it seems like there was leakage on the ceiling which gave a damp feeling inside the rooms. We spotted some mini cockroaches in the rooms, not very unusual in India but still, renovation and more cleanliness are needed.

I like the fact that the hotel is centrally located, nearby MG road. We also loved the view we had from our room. The bedroom and bathrooms were quite spacious and had all amenities we needed.

Photos of the room were not accurate; the sofa was not available. and bit compact. Little mosquitos were there. However, they provided a solution for it.

Courteous staff at Justa MG—very kind and helpful! 🙌 Late check-in was accommodated smoothly. The property is conveniently located near Trinity Metro Station on MG Road. Though the room was compact, the service was excellent. Perfect location with easy access to MG Road! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
