The bathrooms need a deep clean - nothing wrong with them per se, but the hard water stains are visible, the tiles are faded. A paint job might help too.

Super location, great staff, quiet place even though its close to the heart of town. A little old-ish property, but the place is clean, well-maintained, and the food is good.

The ironing board could be a bit fresher. The view from the windows was not the strongest advantage of the room, so the curtains were closed all the time, which however added style to the room. And sometimes occasional visits by insects were observed which I would not like to meet in such a welcoming place which is by the way not so cheap. But maybe that was just a vision. :)

The location of the hotel is convenient: within walking distance, one may find a big mall, a McDonald's, a good exchange office, a market. As I like to explore the city on foot, it was not too long to reach the Brigade street with lots of shops, the Cubbon park, Vidhana Soudha, etc. You may always take an auto-rickshaw to get further. The personnel was very friendly. The continental breakfast was cute (the scrambled eggs was heart-shaped), the fruits were delicious. And the overall interior was reminiscent of the colonial times - a very large room with wooden furniture and everything.

I was thrilled to get an upgrade. The room was spacious with a well equipped pantry. The location is so quiet and peaceful that I had a sound sleep. The staff was extremely courteous & helpful.

OUT DATED HOTEL!!! We are apparently given the luxury room with a double for 3 persons occupancy booked, they offered a nasty moulded mattress to be put on floor for 3rd person, which we refused. Toilets were beyond worse black stains all over. Showers were last cleaned a month ago with dirt all over. Bedsheets have stains all over and requested to swap. Stay away from this hotel, no signs or a board you can see outside, terrible from the start. Arranged a taxi to airport at a high price suggesting their service is safe, when in the taxi noticed, the cad has done 457000 km and has engine light on, when asked cab driver he said just got it serviced, thank god we reached airport OK, some solace! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The furniture may be a little dated but the hotel was making a big effort to renew.

It is a formula that is that of a hotel with apartments and where breakfast was served in the room. Whoever is in charge of this service, we were able to get a breakfast service sometimes very early when we asked for it. Each time it was granted to us without any problem. Kindness and attention have always been the order of the day. The rooms are large and very quiet. We can leave the windows open without being disturbed by the noise.
